Parcel got recalled with no explaination, i was left on read by the customer service.

Update : After calling multiple time the phone number and trying to contact customer service through the chat on the website, I emailed and got an answer: "I also noticed you left a negative review before contacting us" I had in fact tried to contact them multiple times before that and telling me not to expect "preferenziale treatment" you mean such as receiving what I ordered ? and to know if "my online behavior reflects my real-life interactions" I tell things as they are: was my parcel recalled with no explanation? It was. Did I get no answer from customer service until today 2 pm? True as well.

Hello again

1.As explained in the last email, we did not recall your parcel, you just never pieced it up
2. When it comes back you will get your refund
3. When I wrote my last email, I knew you would go and post it on your review, as this is why you are living, to give negative feedback to all around you! 😄
4. I did 1 good thing, that you deleted 1 review you previously wrote, but still you are A negative person, as you are still 75% negative
5. Now go and change your review, and add all I wrote here...

I will add again that the package was never delivered and therefore I never had the opportunity to pick it up.

I bought a set of crockery here. Sent my purchase literally the next day. Delivery was fast and free. everything is organised perfectly. I recommend this shop.

No issue with the product or price, just the delivery. I ordered 17 boxes of a cleaning product, three were damaged and the contents leaked out everywhere. They were the 3 ‘loose’ boxes in the pack, the boxes which were shrinkwrapped were fine.

Your were very fast, 5 stars, but UPS failed.
The parcel has not arreived yet.
First UPS promised Frighday, then a chat promised Monday, today they promised between 10 - 12 a.m but nothing happend.
Now they promised 4 - 6 p.m.

I had a question about my order and I was amazed that I got answer the very next day.

Be warned!

I've ordered al luxury item, that was badly packed and damaged due to transport.
Tried to contact them 4 times trough mail, and 2 times trought the chat box to use my 14 days right to return the item, but no reaction at all!!

I ordered two packs of Biotex washing powder. They arrived promptly on 16 September and the bubble wrap parcel appeared to be in good order but when I opened it one of the packs had burst open and the contents were inside the parcel. This obviously created a problem but I managed to salvage most of the contents. I immediately wrote to explain the situation, with photos, but have so far had no response. At the very least, an apology would have been in order.

Product as advertised. Delivery service was excellent, arrived well before expected date, even after being advised by the courier that they were running behind schedule! Would definitely use Home place again.

Half of the the plates I bought were broken when they arrived and Homaplace have still not answered my email (sent 4 days ago) where I ask Homeplace how to return them.
