Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.
Initially, the shipping options did not include my destination country, and the staff went out of their way to resolve the issue via email. On a Sunday evening, no less! The package was delivered within a few days of ordering.

Never shopping there again
Never shopping there again. Still didn’t get my package (due to them using FedEx which I would strongly recommend changing) and they don’t reply to my emails. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the checkout process on their website is very good, so good at taking your money, customer service and delivery non existent.

I can’t praise them enough and hope to do further business with them in the future. Furthermore they used FedEx who kept me fully informed at each stage of my delivery. I was impressed, which is sadly rare these days.

On two occasions you have advertised and I have ordered three airplanes as shown on your advert. On the first occasion I received three boats on the second fish. You are now telling me these are the only items you have - contrary to your advertisement
I will not order from you again. The items are cheap but I willingly paid extortionate postage. I think you should be sending a full refund for both of my orders
