Still have been waiting for a parcel. According to the store website description it should have been delivered within 1-2 days. It’s been 7 days, and still far away from me. It was to be on time gift :-(, and quickness of delivery was part of my purchase decision. Many parcels came in the meantime. I wished I paid 5€ more at reliable place for the item, and already enjoyed it with family, like other stuff.

Customer service not good
Let me start by saying that there was nothing wrong with the product, except the missing part, the product was fine. But because of the missing part I had to deal with the customer service which was terrible. They at first didn't even understand what part I was talking about (I mean you know what you sell, one would think). After a week of back and forth, they decided I could send the whole thing back. At this point I had already used the item so I couldn't (they made it at first sound like resending the part was no issue). I told them I wanted the part and they said it was on backorder for another month. I was like fine I'll wait. One month later they said (after being reminded) remind me which part it was I have to check if it happens to be in this shipment. What do you mean if it happens to be there? Didn't you order it for me!? Apparently they didn't because it wasn't there. At this point they offered me a different part, or part of the money back. The part the offered me was not very useful so I browsed their website and asked for a thing that was for 90% similar to the one I should have gotten. And they were fine sending that. They could've offered me this in the first place! I waited 6 weeks for something they could've offered me right away, while they were delaying reactions, dodging my mails and being incompetent as a whole. Please spare yourself the headache and order somewhere else.
