Shame that I give one star

Shame that I give one star, should be no stars. Worse company in the country, DO NOT USE AS HOUSING!!!!! Illegal activity from staff- fraud, harassment and breach of DPA. Never suggest this company to anyone. They lost two court cases due to perjury on their side from staff members (I didn't have a lawyer, didn't need since I told the truth with evidence). They can even repair a tap so no help with any repairs from them, my home floods due to there fixtures especially on plumbing(middle floor flat). Out of date kitchen and bathroom, fraud on gas boiler, don't fix boiler properly.... There's too many to carry on. Staff members be very careful especially housing officers and if you know the name (Julie H)(not so) safety officer, make sure you run and get the police, as she is a massive criminal, if you do record her. I have had to void the tenecy agreement and call the police on homesplus due to the business crime they have been committing. LIVE ELSEWHERE ITS EASIER!!!! 8 YEARS OF BULLPOOP BECAUSE OF THESE W**NKERS, they try and get out of everything, don't know orry police have been called, good luck you need it homesplus.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They are happy to STEAL my sons shoes & a doormat from our front door and then charge us £40 EACH to buy them back, they knock or leave a note to give us the opportunity to bring them inside, yet they ignore issues we have to deal with inside of the property down to their cowboy workers not doing the jobs properly initially. Can’t use our shower because the curtain rail fell off & cracked the wall tiles because it wasn’t installed correctly, our buzzer doorbell hasn’t worked for the last 3 years of living here so we bought a ring doorbell because we were constantly missing parcels, we then had a letter within a week of it being installed telling us we will need to remove it or we will be charged £1000, we rang up and told them we only bought it because we are still waiting for them to fix our buzzer, told us they would be in touch to get it fixed, didn’t hear back off them. Our kitchen cabinets are ROTTING & falling off the hinges, door handles were GLUED on & were painted all over, had to pry them off ourselves & it badly damaged the door so couldn’t even install a new handle myself unless I replaced the door (which they also won’t allow). Every time I call to report any issues they tell me they’ll call me back then NEVER do. Absolutely disgusting, they will find ANY way to make money.

They dont care

Sent this months ago and nobody bothered to help me.
Supported Housing? What a laugh, they dont give a damn as long as they get their money.

Good Morning,
I am a social prescriber at Andrew Martin's surgery, and I have asked for a managed move for your tenant. I have seen him twice in a week now, Andrew has given me his permission to discuss how he is feeling and what is recorded on his medical records. Andrew has been feeling depressed, anxious and suicidal, he has been feeling this way for several months now since moving into accommodation that is poorly noise isolated and not suitable for people to be living on top of each other. Andrew's medical records show he has been reporting thoughts of suicide since 30th June. It also reports that Andrew stays out of the propertyas much as possible, as he doesn't like being there, he even sits outside in his van watching You tube as he just can't stand the thought of being in his home. Andrew has stated that you can hear people go to the toilet, have a shower, open and close doors, this is having a major effect on his mental health. Andrew is on medication for this, however this doesn't resolve the problem, as it is the home, he is living in making him feel like this. All Andrew wants is to live in an insulated property where he feels safe, living in this type of property has caused his anxiety levels to increase dramatically. Andrew has brought in forms to show me this morning. I would like to thank you for supporting Andrew to find a more suitable home where he can relax and enjoy being there.
Kind Regards
Michelle Smith

Well it’s disgusting they do not adhere…

Well it’s disgusting they do not adhere to their policy’s keeping a mother with 3 children under the age of 2 and a 3 week old baby boy the other two are girls …

I am trapped in a upstairs flat with one steep stair well of steps to get to my flat which are communical

I have to leave my 2 daughters in the car un attended while I take my 3 week old son up stairs first as I can’t get them all on at once as I have fell on the narrow steep stairs a few times

When I come back down I leave my 3 week old son in the flat on his own while my daughters cry in the car … it’s now a welfare concern as I lm only doing the best option possible

Only yesterday there was a man looking through the window of my car at my daughters as I came back down

I’m suffering from post natal depression and they won’t help me or give me any reasonable adjustments

Now the policy states only 1 dependent and couple on first floor flat

And I have 3 dependents it’s been like this for over 2 years now

I will going to the local mp and going above and beyond to the top people in housing plus

Delivery of new bed.

Had my new bed delivered and assembled. My old one was taken away for free. Juan & Ryan were very professional, friendly and fast. Answered all my questions. From buying the bed to the delivery process, Home Plus is worthy of a 6 Star rating. We'll recommend Home Plus to family and friends.
