Went today apointment was 1.30 did not get seen till 2.30 not impressed at first see what they come up with

Great service, lovely receptionist very straightforward forward process and very quick, went to fill in my form and viewed 2 properties that day

Minus the lovely receptionist, I am disappointed by the customer service here. I had an appointment on 18/04 for 13:30PM. I was already skeptical turning to H2L after seeing so many people being scammed by them, but I thought i'd trust the process as been trying to find a flat in stoke.

Firstly, the reception room is tiny. It was quite busy so my anxiety was going as I am not good in small spaces. Secondly, after nearly TWO HOURS of waiting, I still hadn't been seen.

There was about two people working and it seemed a bit all over the place if I'm honest.

Got told multiple times I would be next but time was ticking and I was still waiting.

A Girl came in for a job interview about half an hour after I arrived, and the guy decided to call her in. It was at this point I walked out.

Poor service.

The kind reception they gave and I was amazed and I had the assurance am going to get the kind of property I wanted am so happy and satisfied.

Ask you to a review on how they have looked after u treated u been honest to you .u don't have to leave a review .home to let only want nice people .not people who slag them off leave bad revews what are not true these are the people who can't afford a deposit and get a guarantor get turned down this is a business who only wants nice people .

Home2let has done a good job to give me a home with my family the process was very simple and straightforward.

Absolute horrendous property!!! Blood stains on the carpet, poo on the blinds, foul smell, chicken bones on the fire escape, bashed in front door, host with a set of keys who lets himself in, flat door that does not lock, all unclean, hair in the sink and bathroom, greasy cooker, bins not emptied, bed bugs and a dead body up the road upon arrival! 🤢
Owner nowhere to be seen. Ignores called and messages. No refund given so far from anyone! Mr Khan at the takeaway is in charge of the keys and takes £100 cash deposits!! Living conditions not fit for any living thing!!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Brilliant service from all members of staff. Attended today to book an appointment and they made time to see and assist us today.
Very thankful to work with an understanding and very hardworking team. Definitely 100% recommend them.

Visited the office after my partner was advised they were able to offer a suitable property. Kept waiting for a long time then asked to complete various paperwork before visiting a property. The property needed redecorating and when asked they said this would be done before we move in the following week. Was told that we would have to pay 3 months up front in rent and an additional 5 weeks as a deposit in order to secure the property. Was advised the property was ours and would not continue to be advertised or available for rental. We paid the deposit and 3 months rent then after chasing them for a week was told that we failed the credit check (they said a senior would call me to advise how but still waiting for this). Have had great difficulty in getting through to them and getting a refund of the money they fraudulently took from us.
These guys a dodgy. During the time I spent in their office they were asking people to complete reviews on their service before seeing them which I would suggest is where the positive reviews are coming from. If you have difficulty with this company please please raise complaints with their regulator.
