Neophyte
This is the first time I've needed an EPA so don't know what to expect, and frankly only asked for one because I'm obliged to. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt (but not too much) with 4 stars.
Booking and paying for the survey on line was easy.
The appointment time suited me.
The surveyor was knowledgeable and friendly.
The report was comprehensive (I think).
It cost less than most other companies.
That's it!

Nice friendly guy when he visited our house but ignored most of the information he was told about the property and missed obvious energy saving devices like low energy lamps in fittings, age of double glazing and the location and amount of insulation.
All told his job and knowledge of how to do it is lacking.
