It wasn't a great start
It wasn't a great start, despite paying my fee in advance before 3pm and being promised to get a call the same day, it never happened. I ended up calling them the following day at lunchtime to arrange the visit. However after that, everything has been quite easy, survey conducted same week and certificate received straight after. Price was good and would use again. However maybe call them if you are in a hurry.

I had no problems arranging the survey which was carried out the following day , my only gripe was having to ring at least 5 times to get a copy of the report, It took less than 12hrs to arrange and complete the survey and SEVEN DAYS to get it

I was promised a call by 10am the …
I was promised a call by 10am the following day after buying a EPC survey online. The call didn't come until nearly midday, and I was offered the earliest appointment which was two full days later. The following morning they called again to say that they would be unable to honour this, but could come that afternoon.
The surveyor was polite and efficient, but did not want to enter into discussion about the survey. Fine… except that when he produced the report it was riddled with factual errors: for example, it says my home's efficiency could be improved by using low energy bulbs throughout. Every single bulb in the house is LED or compact fluorescent!!!!!!!!! There is no facility to correct or appeal the certificate.
Very, very unimpressed.
