Engineer ringing me every day to change appoinment then didnt turn up on the appointed day. As your website states 3 working days for the checks to be carried out my epc took almost 10working days. Then i was never informed how i would recieve my epc luckily i checked my emails and it was there very poor overall

As it says in the title, no problems, everything explained, painless.

Survey time had to be changed due to a problem their end. Actual booking process,survey and documentation was quick and easy. Efficient and cost effective service.

They made the appointment to suit me were in and out without any bother or mess and we were told the findings of the report straight away, thn were sent a copy by email within a few days.

Called and arranged survey one day. The survey was completed the next day at 14.15hrs with results and documentation then available online shortly after 18.00hrs the same day.
Excellent service and would recommend without hesitation.

The Inspector was due at 12.30 but phoned to say he was running earlier than he thought and asked if it was alright to come at 11.30. He was on time and left at 12.45. He checked everything and took photographs. We were very pleased with all he did. He was very polite and professional and we would certainly recommend Homescore to everyone.

Within an hour from the time of order of the EPC I was given a date and time for the visit to the property and this was approximately 48 hours ahead.
The surveyor was prompt and carried out the survey with a very pleasant manor. This was completed after about 40 minutes and within a short time after that I was informed that the certificate was available to view on-line.
The whole experience was extremely satisfactory.

Although the operative was very nice we have huge reservations about the EPC CERT.
The renew of the cert from 2009 threw up that our property had shrunk by 30m2. The new upgraded windows didn't mean a thing nor did the special insulation to the roof space. The insulation installed to the internal of walls could not been seen so was not relevant. The new LGP condensing boiler and new radiators downgraded our property hugely.
Whereas if we had installed inefficient solar panels and a boiler which only heats the water to 55degrees and needs an immersion heater to top up temp all would be fine.
All green is not good it's inefficient,expensive to install and intrusive.
So all in all on every occasion EPC is mentioned I will do my best to tell anyone who will listen what a poor thing it is !!.
