Matthew was very informative regarding our house sale and went through the options we had very clearly, of whether to go with a house purchase company, sell at auction or stick with a traditional sale through an estate agent. He also suggested a very useful method of thinking about the sale over a long period of time as a way of helping to reduce the stress of the sale process.

Had a half hour phone call from Matthew last week regarding selling my property. Being typically me I was looking for the quickest, easiest way to sell the flat for as much as I could get...and thankfully spoke to Matthew before I did anything stupid.
