When ringing Homeserve didn’t speak to a person. I told AI or whatever we had a broken outside pipe. Before ringing off it said ‘you have a bunged pipe’, I said no but it didn’t respond. Sent a man out to mend a bunged pipe,I explained what happened on phone, he said this happens frequently. He sorted it out brilliantly, a man arrived next day x mended pipe. He was brilliant too. No problems with the service or the gentlemen that did the job at all, only with the Homeserve call centre, getting it wrong.

Phoned 6-30 in the morning for a blocked loo . As I only have one in the house they made me a priority. A lovely young man turned up at 8.00am and had it all fixed by 9 . Would definitely recommend as a pensioner living on her own it was a godsend

Originally appointment was 8-1 then at 12.25 was told would be later which was a bit annoying . However the engineer sorted the issue out was friendly and helpful thank you

We had a superb plumber (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) who arrived, diagnosed the problem and immediately set about to rectify it. He took time to check that what he had done had cured the issue. Everything has been working correctly since he left. A very capable, personable young man who was a credit to Homeserve.

Appointment was cancelled TWICE at very short notice but, when the plumber did arrive he was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue.

Hi Engineer was fine but couldnt do anything as he needed access to next door garden but they were out . so just went through my insurance to get it fixed . Also I paid a surcharge for this do I get it back . Thank you
