Great customer service
Super quick delivery and great customer service. I ordered some items on a Thursday evening and received them Saturday. This included a lantern set which arrived with the glass broke. I emailed Hannah on the Saturday and she replied the same day very apologetic (though it wasn't her fault) and sent out a replacement straightaway which arrived in perfect condition. Can't fault the customer service at all.

So glad I stumbled across homestyle 89!
So glad I stumbled across homestyle 89, what a lovely selection of goodies, Hannah also went the extra mile after my delivery had arrived to say she noticed one of the vases was wrong and sent a replacement out, how bad is it I didn’t even notice because they were all so pretty 🤣 but I appreciated the gesture and won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for lovely interior decorations. Thank you again ☺️
