Beautiful wooden heart mirror
Bought heart mirror, looks even better than I expected. Beautifully packaged with a hand written Thank You from Hannah. Despatched quickly with tracking details via email. It got stuck for 6 days at Royal Mail hub and communication from Hannah was prompt with the promise of another mirror being sent if it did not arrive. The website is good and easy to use. Will be purchasing again in the future.

Great experience, however, I do believe small companies need to look at how they are posting goods out, using Royal Mail with them striking all the time puts massive delays on stuff being delivered.
