Hometap is great but you're title friends haven't been very efficient for me its been a month now and I haven't closed yet,Chris and I have done everything they've asked for and the notary was canceled until they're satisfied I've had a reverse mortgage, and a loan to pay that off to go with Hometap and they had no problem with title issues i don't know what is going on with them ,but thanks Chris for all your support and effort!!!!! Your Awesome..

Our loan representative Daisha was amazing!! Great personality, very helpful with any and all questions. The whole process was very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend Hometap to anyone that needs this type of loan. We only dealt with Daisha so she's the only one we can give kudos too, but i guess that was another good part, we were not handed off to anyone else. From start too finish it was an enjoyable experience.

The support from Braxton and his team throughout the entirety of the process was just outstanding. We had initially signed up with two different entities, but finished with Hometap for a reason... they were just at the top of their game and out executed the other entity at every stage.
