Wanting to payoff some of my debt without incurring an additional payment, I had spent considerable time researching different options such as reverse mortgages when I came across the concept of these home equity investments/agreements. What a great idea! In doing my research of the different home equity investment options/companies out there, HomeTap clearly came out as the best overall home equity investment company. Well, they didn't disappoint! My loan consultant Chase was great to work with from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Chase explained how the home equity investments worked, etc. From initial contact to funding took a little more than 3 weeks. If you are looking for a way to tap into and use some of your equity without adding the burden of an additional monthly payment, I'd highly recommend HomeTap and their home equity investment product.

Everything was fine, the process is a bit long but I guess I understand that. The 3 day cancellation should be able to be waived sooner if the customer wants. All in all, I’m getting basically what I was looking for.

The staff was consistent in their follow up but not overly pushy. My situation had a few delays caused totally by my inability to get answers from contractors. I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable.
