Based on my experience, I am seriously concerned this company may be operating in a misleading way and I would urge others to be extremely cautious before ordering.

I paid for an item that I never received, yet the company has refused to provide a refund or replacement.

When I raised this, my concerns were dismissed and no proper investigation appears to have been carried out. This whole experience has felt very concerning and, in my opinion, has the hallmarks of a SCAM!

Crest White Strips are amazing. I have tried a few brands before and these are by far the best. Noticed a difference in just a few days.

First off all I am sorry to say it was a simple fault, When my parcel didn't arrive the first time which was frustrating, but I contacted support team and they sent a replacement out straight away with no hassle. That kind f service goes a long way. I am now very happy, will definitely order again.

This should be a minus- awful untrustworthy online business that deliver your items to the wrong address and then unlawfully refuse a refund or replacement when it’s there fault.. do not buy from them awful customer service

I used the Philips Zoom gel and saw the results within first week. Amazing result. I was shocked when i see teeth are definitely a few shades whiter. Very easy to use at home as well.

I have used Home Teeth Whitening a few times and I get a wonderful feedback with a good experience. Products are legit fast delivery and good results. Now I am very happy. Thank you home teeth whitening team. Recommended to anyone.

Honestly I don't understand the negative reviews. I have ordered 3 times now and every order has arrived quickly and exactly as described. Crest strips worked really well for me too, noticeable difference after a few days.

Fast delivery, have used the zoom gel before which worked. Have order twice and had no issues at all.

Awful customer service! I received some crest whitening strips and one of the strips, once peeled off (carefully) I noticed a large dry patch that wasn’t coated in the whitening agent. I therefore complained and asked that I be refunded for this one strip as it was unusable. I have never experienced a whitening strip do this before and so took a photo for evidence and sent this to them. They then proceeded to ask that I send a photo of the strip prior to peeling the strip off the backing. Obviously, this photo cannot exist since I already peeled the strip off and became aware of the problem because I peeled it off. They won’t refund me - it equates to a couple of pounds. It’s the principal of it. Just rubbish service, and very disappointing!

Terrible company. Never delivered my products. On dispute with bank used incorrect road name !!!
Dealt with staff named hollie who was totally unprofessional and unwilling to help.

I paid for 40 crest teeth whitening strips and they’ve sent me 5 packs which each contain 5 in them…? If you see this (the company) as I mentioned in my request via your website. Either refund me half of what I paid or send me the extra 20 strips.

I ordered 1x toothpaste and 2x whitening gels. The order came fairly quickly but only the toothpaste arrived. When I contacted customer service they were trying to say I was lying to them and they had “proof” that the gels were infact put in the box with my toothpaste however when I pushed it further and asked to see the proof they said they were unable to share. They then mentioned that they would report me to the police for fraud if I were to chargeback! I filed a chargeback with my bank immediately after being told this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Apart from fast delivery service, the rest of this company is not good to use!! Very disappointed. I used them in the past, and so I thought I would place another order.
There were technical issues when my order was placed (their error), but my order had already been shipped within 30 minutes!!
When queried it via message (you cannot speak to a human and messages [when are eventually received few days later] are quite abrupt/rude. No empathy or understanding)
I was advised to not accept the parcel from royal mail, and it would be returned and I would then get a refund. The package got put through my letterbox, so I immediately contacted HTW, the same customer service person told me completely different - said I will have to pay to return it, and then also get charged for returning it by HTW. Also I had to provide photos of the UNOPENED envelope.

I was told to use the chatbox on the website rather than wait for email to be responded to. The chatbox only has 3 questions 'cancel order, track order, delivery address change'

I had to chase my refund.

First of all, I'm disappionted with myself for not checking out the reviews on Trustpilot otherwise I would never have used this seller.
What I thought I was ordering was Crest branded teeth whitening strips ....what I got was a plain brown envelope containing small black sealed plastic pouches containing, I dont know what because if I open them I cant return them.
So no Crest branding, no instructions and no wording at all on the black pouches to advise me of the contents.
Can't return them for a refund because there's no return address and can't get a return address until they agree I can return the non-discript pouches.
Email responces have also stopped so please don't use this scam seller unless your happy to recieve very dubious packages in the post.

I ordered the box of 10 whitening strips, and only 5 arrived, not in a box or proper packaging just in a black envelope. For £22 to get 5 strips is outrageous! Wouldnt recommend

Bought the crest whitening strips. I’m not convinced they are legit, the font on the packaging is blurry and unprofessional looking. Expected them to come in original packaging but they didn’t. Can see the company states if they were fake they would be cheaper but could easily make full price on fake goods and claim they’re not fake?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Home Teeth Whitening.

I placed my order on 16/02 and paid for express 1–2 day delivery. The website clearly stated “dispatched same day.” This was not honoured.

A week later, after no tracking and no proactive communication, I was informed that the items listed as “in stock” were in fact not in stock. The order had not been dispatched despite being marked as such.

This is misleading.

I explained that I urgently needed the gel and specifically paid for 1–2 day delivery for that reason. I was told they could not dispatch next day and would not refund the express delivery fee, despite failing to meet the advertised service.

The situation was then handled by Hayley from the support team, whose tone was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of addressing the service failure, she criticised me for using ChatGPT to structure my complaint — which is entirely irrelevant. Customers are entitled to communicate however they choose. The issue was not how I wrote my email; it was the company’s failure to deliver what was promised.

I have since requested a full refund and have been told I must wait 10 working days for the money to clear. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further.

It is also worth noting that reviews on Reviews.io appear to be invitation-based and monitored by the company, which limits open transparency. By contrast, Trustpilot reflects a much broader range of customer experiences, including many disappointed customers reporting similar issues.

Misleading stock information.
Express delivery not honoured.
Refusal to refund delivery failure.
Unprofessional customer service.

Avoid at all costs.
