Very misleading I purchased 20 strips so expected 20 packets of 2 in each. Equivalent to 20 treatments. I received 10 when I contacted customer service they said it’s 2 strips per packet. You are not going to open a packet and use 1 strip.

I don't normally leave reviews, but given the very mixed reviews for this company I thought I'd share my experience:
I ordered Phillips Zoom Daywhite 6% syringes - 3 pack on 14/2 economy shipping.
The order went through fine, I received emails with the tracking info and the product arrived today 18/2 sealed in the correct packaging.
Basically just what you'd expect from an online retailer, I was doubtful about ordering given the very mixed reviews, but everything was as it should be.
All the below reviews beneath mine are correct - the customer’service’ is abysmal. Despite providing proof of complaints to the delivery company, photo or the package hanging out the wrong door etc these people refuse to refund a missing package. For nearly £60 will be going through my bank directly for a refund. Noticing that the other reviews say the product they sell is fake as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very poor customer service and refusal to honour consumer rights.
I have used Opalescence whitening products for years without issue. Two recent purchases from this company caused noticeable tooth discolouration. Rather than taking this seriously, I was spoken to in a dismissive and patronising way and repeatedly told the product “cannot” be at fault.
The company demanded laboratory test reports and expert evidence before considering a refund, which is not required under UK consumer law. They also made inappropriate comments about how I drafted my complaint instead of addressing the problem.
No refund was offered. The handling of this issue was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others.
Be extremely cautious when using this company.
I attempted to place an order with my debit card which did not go through, there was no confirmation message on the website and no confirmation email received. My banking app clearly showed that the payment had been declined, so I reasonably believed the order had failed and been cancelled.
I then tried to place another order using Apple Pay. I was unable to order my original two products via Apple Pay, so I placed a second order for one item only, which did go through successfully and generated confirmation emails as expected. Apple Pay uses a different relay email address, which explains why this order appears under a different email.
Days later, I discovered via my bank that the company had taken payment for both orders, including the one that had shown as declined and provided no confirmation or communication whatsoever. I had no way of knowing payment had been taken for the first order until checking my bank days later.
I contacted customer services immediately to explain the situation. Despite this being a clear system error and an unauthorised charge for a cancelled order, they have refused to issue a refund.
This raises serious concerns about their payment processing, transparency, and customer care. Taking money for a cancelled order without notification and then refusing to correct the mistake is completely unacceptable.

dont use! fake items i know what the real strips look like and the package was not legit. i knew this without opening so decided to return, was willing to pay to return out of my own pocket which i did. Firstly its extremely hard to get in contact to begin a return but i got a response and the address given was not a full address. i posted the item back to them first class and it bounced back as royal mail could not get in to the property. ive contacted to try sort this out and they have not responded im assuming this a ploy to avoid giving me my money back as you only have 14 days to return. its terrible custom and a scam.
They delivered an empty package! Then when I asked for a refund they implied that I had lied about this and refused. Their explanation was that the weight of the parcel matched with it having the product in. Bare in mind these are next to weightless strips without even a box or anything to make them weigh anything. Terrible customer service even if the empty envelope wasn’t their fault.
Excellent service from Home Teeth Whitening, with good communication via email updates from the point of ordering to receiving the goods in the post. I opted to pay £1 extra for next day delivery and the parcel arrived by lunch time the following day. I was a bit anxious at first about ordering teeth whitening gel online, as I normally buy it from my dentist. However, I can vouch that I received a genuine product with a long expiry date.
I ordered Crest 3D White Professional Effects Luxe strips on 22/12/25, and instead of finally getting my smile back, I'm left with a very disappointed outcome. I carefully followed the 20 day program, including the "White Diet" restrictions on all tea, coffee, and colourful food. For over £50, and with no noticeable change whatsoever to the colour of my teeth, I can be absolutely certain that there was not a jot of difference, nor was there any sensitivity. Because of this complete lack of results, I believe that the product was stale, expired, or simply not 'US strength' as it was claimed to be. Order #138379.
bought 3d crest whitening strips luxe. I think they are legit, they came in the right packets and stick well, however, see no improvement in teeth after using 5 days. They are meant to be harsh on gums if they touch, make teeth sensitive but I get none of that and little improvement. I think they are real but possibly very old and expired. They shipped fast and hope they enjoy the £30 but I wont be going back

The strips (20 treatments - 40 strips) from this company have done absolutely nothing for my teeth, and I’ve used legit Crest strips before so know how effective they are for teeth whitening.
I asked customer services for proof of authenticity and I got lots of words back, but no proof.
Given how completely ineffective they’ve been, and my prior knowledge of how effective authentic Crest products are, I’m led to believe these are fake. The packets look different to what’s on the Crest website too. I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card provider and provided photos and supporting evidence.
Notice how you can’t find the address of this company anywhere on their website, and the ‘secure payment’ logo at the bottom of their website page is blurred and of poor quality.
Would place an order through Crest in Amazon next time.
Ordered 10 strips and arrived as promised, email confirmations were sent. I was then given the ability to track the delivery with Royal Mail.
Great service and the product really works, really frustrating that they aren’t readily available in the UK, but it doesn’t matter as I’ll be using Home Teeth Whitening to get them!
The teeth whitening strips that this company sells are, by their own admission, illegal for sale in the UK. The following is the response from the company when asked about the % of hydrogen peroxide in their products -
“ Most strips are 10% unless they are named gentle which would be 6%.”
The maximum permitted strength for home (non clinical) use in the UK is 0.1%.
I bought a five syringe kit from them after dentist work. The first and second syringe were blocked for some reason and just spurted all the gel out. I contacted customers services and they want evidence. How do you give evidence of an empty tube gone in the bin. Refused any replacement. Won’t be using them again. Very poor customer service.
Thank you for your response.
To clarify, I only placed one order and only received one order confirmation by email. I also only received one parcel.
You mentioned that two orders were combined into one shipment containing 80 strips. A combined parcel does not demonstrate that two separate orders were placed or authorised.
If a second order existed, please provide:
• the second order confirmation email (with timestamp),
• proof that I personally authorised the second payment,
• and evidence that two separate orders were submitted from my device.
At the moment, none of this has been shared, and I cannot confirm an order I did not place. I’m happy to resolve this once verifiable evidence is providedVery untrustworthy website. They charged me twice for a single transaction, and when I raised a dispute with my bank, the company falsely advised them that the charge was correct. I will never purchase from this website again.

Easy and efficient was such an easy site to purchase stuff and delivery was fairly quick
Having ordered some teeth whitening gels you can imagine my dismay on finding that no nozzle attachments were included in my pack. This company claim they were included, they can state that as a fact due to the weight of the pack sent!!! Yet there were no nozzles included. A company that appreciates it's customers and wishes to administer good customer service would simply send out a pack - but not this company. There best advice is to use a previous nozzle - if I had one I would obviously! That's the best they can come up with. Please avoid!
The company is prompt and efficient.
No dramas - or chasing up orders!
Good range of products at competitive prices.
Well worth trying
Stole my money, placed an order 7 days ago and hasn't arrived, Can'y get hold of anyone to help
