I have been with them for close to 1 year, I had some free products to test and then provide the honest reviews for the potential buyers, so I used to love it a lot.
Recently I have issue with my account as I noticed that the amount of the reviews I created doesn’t add up, I contact their support team but I have never received any response. I had to create another ticket to see if they would response, and then a few days later I finally got a response, but once I replied, they just disappeared again. This actually reminds me that a few months ago I sent them an email regarding the review status and I didn’t receive any response at all. I feel like that their support team really hates their job, therefore If you want to join this website you firstly need to pray for not having any issue with your account or reviews.

I've been a member of Home Tester Club Canada for about 4 years now. HTC has been extreamly generous to me for product testing. I did alot of reviews when I got started to help me get noticed a bit. I have done home testing for a few different platforms and Home Tester Club is one of my favorite. I have tested makeup, skin care, paint, coffee syrup, haircare products and a wide range of all kinds of different things. I always make sure to do my reviews on time with thoural, thought out and detailed responses about my expirences. I try to be very mindful with photos, ensureing the scenery fits the product that I am displaying. Its like christmas when I see a box at my front door. I love receiving products to test out, expecally since I don't have to pay for them and sometimes get to try out things that are really new on the market. In return my reviews help various company's verify the longevity, durability, efficiency, etc to the public, this way my reviews help consumers make the best choice when shopping for an item that they are in the market for but have no expirence with. I check in about 2 times a week to see if there are any surveys and often leave my expirences on different items that are featured on my own time, not just reviewing strictly the items I get free. I appricate the trust Home Tester Club showed me in the beginning, by sending products to my home and I try to show my apprication by being an active member. All I have to do if fill out a simple survey and if I fit the demographics, age range, whatever it is that campaign is looking for I will recieve an email stating that I have been selected. The item will be shipped conviently right to my door, or I will recieve a digital gift card to purchase the item online. After testing the product(s) out, I sign into my HTC account and bring up the page I need to review and fill out my honest expirence. Being an active member has also helped me recieve the "Top contributer product test". This is an exclusive product testing opportunity for select members that are most active contributing reviews on the platform. This is a really great expirence and an amazing opportunity to recieve a wide range of products you maybe otherwise might not ever try out.

Been a member since December 2022 and have tested 8 products so far and think there is another one on the way too, love home tester club! Its great as you get to keep the products and try things you may not have had the chance to previously. I'm also a member of Alpha Tester Club their sister 'adult' site and have received a few vapes to try as well as an incentive, great company to work for. I test for a few companies and this is one of the easiest platforms to work with.

Been registered for 3 maybe 4 years. Applied and applied for items. Never had anything so far.
I get the surveys, but after applying for perhaps near on 50/60 products can't tell me I haven't met any acceptance criteria.
If it's simply small supply to a growing base then stop accepting any more people to sign up.
I'm probably going to ditch this in the new year.

I’ve had some nice products to test and recently received an email to say I’d won a £50 Look Fantastic gift card for a particular campaign. However, I have emailed 4 times and contacted them on Facebook with no response and no gift card. Gutted.

I imagine that there are a lot of people waiting to be chosen for a product testing and they can not choose everybody that applies for a product even if they qualifies for it. Please bear in mind that we do our best to make sure that the products we send to our testers are most relevant to them, which is why you are asked to complete a short survey when registering for a new trial. It's important that products land into the hands of the right consumers, especially as product quantity is limited compared to our large and engaged community.
We are huge fans of authenticity, and as such, we do not seek out testers specifically based on their social media presence/following. The products our testers receive are based on profile questions/interests as well as product and buying behaviours determined by their responses to the initial survey when registering for a trial.

Excellent experience
I have had a great experience with Home Tester Club so far. I've been a member for a couple of years and have received and reviewed items from fake tan to Lego (which was amazing!! And worth £90 brand new). I don't get picked every time but that's understandable as the criteria is quite strict, but that won't stop me from applying for everything. So when I am selected it's a bonus. I will be a member for years to come

I have been a member for a few years. tested 3 products so far. Got selected to test batteries of a particular size, Once I got them sent to me I discovered I have no appliances which use them. I have reached out to the club and sent out 2 emails and got no responce back but they keep sending me offers to try products for which I do not qualfiy. I am happy with it as i have received my products ,the OMO washing liquid . I love it as it leaves the nice smell and your clothes soft. But i am not able to leave the review on their websites and upload the video. it doesnt allow me to submit them as i am supposed to after testing the product .
