And I feel like I’ve got a good bargain on the Home essentials Plan, compared with another company where everything separate,

Excellent service all round
Engineer arrived on time and worked through the options to fix error message on our boiler. Replacement sensor required so came back next working day to install. Perry clearly knows his stuff and gave me some useful tips on running the boiler more efficiently. Excellent service all round.
