Confusion and therefore delays over completion of paperwork
Signed when first asked but ? Not received by financiers multiple emails exchange before paperwork in order and accepted

Our boiler was leaking and the engineer…
Our boiler was leaking and the engineer said it had to be closed off. We also had a boiler care plan with Hometree too. As the boiler was 19 years old we had to purchase a new one and get finance with Hometree and it was sorted within a week. We were given a 15% discount too and are now so pleased with the GloWorm boiler. Highly recommeded.

Lovely people to deal with
Lovely people to deal with. They serviced my boiler under the monthly contract. Very competent engineer, let me know the pros and cons of the service and was very friendly. The customer service from the office was great, too! Shame they don't do double glazing in the same way, but they do do solar panels, so that might be a thought for the future!

Antlin Glo Worm boiler fit.
From initial contact over the phone with Anthony - Antlin’s Company Director - I have been more than satisfied with the follow up property assessment, where all queries were addressed, to boiler fitting by Andrew who was very friendly and accommodating and went ‘overtime’ to address teething issues with the ‘Hive timer’. The whole process from enquiry to fitting was completed professionally within a week - First class.
