Ordered 2xsets of towels at 29.98 from homevibe and only received 1 set, also paid 2 delivery amounts at 5.99 TO DISCOUNT EXPERTS. After 25 emails back and forth and 6 weeks later this is still not resolved. Shocking customer service. Stay clear of both company's unless you enjoy a game of pinball. I will be now taken another route to try and resolve this nightmare.

Homevibe do not accept returns and ignore correspondence

I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitiser for £27 and realised they were only 100ml, so cancelled the order, the next working day. (The picture on line looked bigger) They were dispatched and arrived 5 days later so I requested to return, but was told they are not accepting returns of hand sanitiser at this time. Homevibe terms and conditions say they accept returns. I called, emailed, wrote a complaint as per their policy and later contacted Paypal also who contacted Homevibe. No reply at all. Would not use Homevibe again. The sanitiser at most should have cost around £2. Paypal ruled in my favour. Extremely bad business . Beware. I really need to look at reviews before I order on line.....

Passport holder

There was no problem with ordering a passport wallet the voucher was redeemed with no problem and transaction was paid however the delivery was concerning no email to say it had been dispatched and I had to query where it was however it did arrive later than expected by the Royal Mail

It all began in March ...!!

My story begins in March 2020 when I ordered an 8 piece Egyptian cotton towel set in grey with a Go Groopie voucher. I gave the company some grace because of lockdown but chased in early May. They finally arrived in early July - in Mink - and the quality was poor as they were really thin. I obtained their address and sent them back, signed for, which cost over £4. They were signed for on 25 July and I have chased again, along with proof of postage, requesting my refund but all quiet on the Home Vibe front. Six months down the line and £19 wasted as I don't hold out much hope of a refund. I am only posting this in the hope they are ashamed enough to respond.

By way of an update - still no refund. GoGroopie are just as bad - they emailed about four weeks ago to say a refund was being processed but it has still not been received. I was hopeful - temporarily!!

Bath sheets

Ordered some bath sheets which were on offer with gogroupie. For the price they were okay usually buy thicker ones but these seem fine colour as advertised.
Pleased with purchase.

All’s well that ends well

Ordered a trolley, which did not arrive. Contacted customer service and was told item lost in transit. Asked if I wanted replacement, or refund, opted for replacement. Was assured item had been dispatched and sure enough item arrived and had actually been given an upgrade. Despite reading a lot of negative reviews I am happy with the service I received.

Ordered on the 26th May, waited patiently , never arrived so contacted them , they said it was lost in transit and did I want another one or a refund, oooh refund please , still waiting today even said it has been refunded back to my card, which it has not, just wished I'd read the reviews before purchasing, the returns address is a house !!! Wonder what bedroom their accounts department works out of, complete fraudsters .

Goods not delivered

I ordered 2 items on 16/06/20 I was assured they would be with me within 10 days. I've emailed on several occasions to find out where my order is & I get we're still waiting or the supplier is messing them around! I have asked for a full refund on 19/08/20 I haven't received it or an email to say that it's gone back onto my credit card. I have no option now but to let my bank recover the monies owed!! Terrible company they take your money but you don't get your goods!!

Great service recovery.

Have ordered many times from Homevibe, always great value if they have what you want and never had any problems.
Last order was 3 floor mats/runners - one was missing on delivery, emailed customer services and Reece dispatched a replacement that arrived within 4 days.
Excellent service especially considering they are operating with less staff in the current situation !

Late delivery

I had not had my order after 6 weeks then emailed the company. After this I was in regular correspondence and finally received my order 3 weeks later.
The person I emailed was very polite and helpful. I would use this company again.

You keep moving the goalposts, first you requested order number or addresses, when I explained I did not have an order number and sent the addresses, you responded by asking for the order number again.please refund my £39.98 ASAP as you took this money from my account on the 7/7 /2020 and it’s long overdue
