Terrible company.

Ordered some ‘Egyptian’ towels through the bounty app. After 2 months of no delivery and no attempts at responding I set up a report via PayPal. All of a sudden I was then contacted and advised the towels had been lost in transit and I could be issued a refund. I agreed to the refund and 2 days later was emailed again to tell me the towels were now in stock and would I like them or stick to my refund. I responded asking for my refund still and 2 days later my parents received a delivery of very poor quality towels even though this was never my request. Very poor company, cheap sadly for a reason and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

*ADDITION. Contacted as requested by a response on this email and was told I could return items for a refund. Cost £6 to return the item and it has been received by the company but I have heard nothing back and had no response to attempts at communication since. Am now £26 out of pocket and have reported this company to trading standards for their dire quality and customer services.

Item never received told would be resent then no reply to emails

I bought a kettle on the 26th October 2020 by the 14th November I still hadn’t received it so I contacted customer service. I got a reply a couple of days later on the 16th November from Reece a Customer Service Agent he said it appeared to be lost in transit and asked if I would like it resent or a refund, I said I would prefer it resent. I then messaged a few days later asking whether it had been dispatched and asking for any delivery or tracking information, as I didn’t receive any before which I thought was strange and wanted to know when it would be delivered.
I never received a reply, I’ve messaged a few times since to say I still haven’t received the kettle but still had no response. I am starting to be somewhat concerned that this company is a con or scam after searching the company today and seeing many other people haven’t received their items and have had the same response from Reece saying it would be resent and then not receiving the item or getting any reply.
I am really upset I’ve just lost my job due to Covid I have £10 in the bank, I really needed that kettle, I cannot afford to buy another and just cannot believe that a company can do this.

I am rather impressed with this…

I am rather impressed with this company. I ordered a mattress topper from them which vanished into thin air whilst in transit. I was rather worried as I had paid for it with a card. I sent an Email asking if they could help. I needn't have worried, Reece was on the case immediately and arranged for a replacement to be sent. I now have a very warm and comfortable bed. Please don't buy from HOMEVIBE never ever, they are bloody scammers. I ordered on 22/10/2020 one item that was supposed to be with me in 5 days and I am still waiting. They only answered to one of my emails telling me that my order will be with me at the end of last week and until now I have received neither the order nor the money. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS that is what they are.

Bought 2 items from them 1 direct other from GoGroopie neither have arrived..I've contacted them various ways over the last 2 months with no luck.

Egyptian cotton towels and customer service diabolical

Shocking experience . The deep dark blue Egyptian Cotton Towels I ordered arrived and I had to look twice when I saw they were a faded blue !! They looked like dishcloths not towels . I was told after 7 messages to return them at my expense ! I persisted 4 weeks later I am still trying to get someone who dosent need spec savers and isn’t colour blind to acknowledge that the towels I ordered were nothing like the picture . Apparently watch dog are looking into them and I may have a case on misold goods under the long distance selling regulations .
Dreadful firm avoid at all costs The Mark of a good company is good customer service and returns there are many out there ie eBay Wowcher groupon and others who are all for the buyer I will spend my hard earnt money with firms that show me respect as a buyer .

Bought some luxury jumbo Egyptian…

Bought some luxury jumbo Egyptian cotton bath sheets which took over 2 weeks to arrive. To be fair as soon as I emailed they got them sent the next day however when I opened said luxury bath sheets they are no bigger than standard towels and are very thin not luxurious at all the ones I bought from Asda are far better quality, bigger and cheaper! I have emailed asking how I return them but have had no reply. I’m going to go about getting a refund through Discount Experts which use this company. Will not be ordering anything from here again!

Appalling Customer Service

I ordered my item on 17th July 2020. Only communication was an invoice and estimated delivery date of 5 to 7 days. Due to covid and other purchases from variius places being delayed for a considerable, I didn't chase until after 4 weeks had passed. The initial contact was promising and I was asked to send details for them to rectify the matter. I believed fro. This that I would be sent a replacement. My 86 year old mum was waiting for these so after a week I reordered them thinking that I would have whichever ones arrived 2nd. Well 2 days later I received a set. Again no information as to which order it was. This is when my experience went down hill. I contacted the company several times to clarify which order had been received. Eventually still not clarifying which parcel I was told it had been delivered with a tracking number but no company to check with. So I presumed it was the replacement I received and asked for a refund on second item (which was cheaper than the first due to further discount by 10 pound). I got a very blunt mail saying they had been sent and delivered. I again explained only one arrived. To which I had a very rude response and saying they were putting my mails down as scam. I have previously found this company to be great. However having needed to deal with Reece at customer services I have to agree with many others Do Not Buy from this company!!!!!! They are great if things go smoothly but truly awful if anything goes wrong. I am now pursuing a dispute through PayPal. The company knows what it is doing. They give very limited information or updates about delivery which makes it as hard as possible for customers to chase things up. Replies are also contradictory. Only company I know that use Hermes, who in turn don't contact the customer as to when delivery will be and when delivered. Heard not a thing from them yet they were allegedly the people who delivered both parcels!!! NEVER BELIEVE THINGS THAT APPEAR TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. DEFINATELY WONT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!

The Negative Comments Are Not Exaggerated!

I ordered an electrical paint sprayer advertised on Go Groupie. Used it once. Went to use it again and the product didn’t work properly. I contacted the company. They fobbed me off. Why? They said product was out of its 30 day warranty. I said that this is an electrical product and I only got one use out of it.

I challenged them to have it independently examined as to whether I had abused the product. They refused my suggestion, saying that the product was now 90 days old.

I reiterated that there must have been something wrong with it as I only got one use out of it. Go Groupie have remained silent. I’m now relying on PayPal to help.

All I want is for the product to be repaired, replaced or my money refunded.
So please be careful with this company. They will not stand by their product. They will thus hint subtly that you are lying about the performance of their product

Wished I’d come to Trustpilot before I ordered from this company. The negative comments are not an exaggeration.

Addendum
Appealed to PayPal and used chargeback option. PayPal looked into my issue and gave me a full refund—enough said.

A word of warning

A word of warning, do not buy from this company I ordered from them 4/92020 3/5 day delivery, didn’t arrive by 15/9 contacted them said the had resent it on 16/9 still didn’t arrive, contacted them 24/9 said they were in contact with courier, now 5/10 still no parcel and they won’t answer my e-mails, voicemails or text messages, just bloody scammers, if they were decent they would refund my money or at least answer me.

They steal your money with no intention of sending the item, they then finally answer an email advising a refund - this never arrives, and the phone number on the site comes up with the name Lucy. I have reported this company to Trading Standards and I will now be taking them to a small claims court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!! The reviews on Google also states they are scammers.
UPDATE: Got an email to say refund was issued, but still now refund given. I have now reported to my bank and also to trading standards, and the fraud investigation team. DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!
