Paid for a vacuum and haven't heard anything since about status of the order.
I emailed to enquire and was told to email a different address and they would get back to me within 48hours... obviously no reply from them.
I emailed homevibe again asking if they would follow it up for me and had the same message again to email the other address.
Absolutely shocking service.
Total SCAM don't order from these scam artists.
Easy transaction-Quick delivery-Item as described-very easy to use-well made. Very Happy.

I bought a BBQ, Grill and smoker from homevibe and when it arrived it had to be constructed, not being mechanically minded I contacted the company to say I was not satisfied as I didn’t know how to put it together as the information in the box was not clear.
Homevibe replied with a link to a YouTube channel on how to build the kit and I was happy that following the instructions I was able to complete the build to my satisfaction. I was delighted with the unit now that I have built it and used it and would recommend it to anyone, also satisfied with the after sales service from Homevibe.

Do not order off these absolute disgraceful scammers my mother ordered a bean bag for 65.00 pounds it arrived late and was off eBay obviously ordered by these cowboys and the receipt in box was for 49.00 pounds so these disgusting robbers pocketed 16.00 so my mam could have ordered off eBay and paid 49.00 hope they get shut down you bunch of thieves

Sadly I bought and item and never arrived! It has been a more than a month!! The company is scam as they do not provide a contact no and also they do not response to the emails. Don't waste your time and money.

This is a great piece of kit!!
I used it as soon as it arrived; it is very easy to operate and burned off a lot of weeds.
Ordered towels, colour not in stock. Second choice not in stock. I was offered a further choice but declined. Account credited, no hassle. All correspondence answered, albeit a little slow at times. Unfortunate that what I ordered not available
Product not arrived after two weeks. Two emails sent with no reply.

Sadly, I purchased a set of towels through a warehouse on behalf of this company. After I had paid and redeemed the voucher, and paid for postage, its been18 days, yes 18 days and despite apologies for the delays and promises of 3 working days delivery for the towels I had ordered, its now day 24 and they still haven't arrived.
I will be sending ANOTHER email for follow up on progress, and if the result isn't a set of towels on my doorstep in 24 hrs, I will be posting stay away from this company all over Facebook, twitter and all other social media sites, the newspapers etc. Hope this is clear to the readers of this review.!!!!!!

This is a scam. I paid 19.99 twice for two sets egyptian cotton towels, after 6 days no tracking info and no word from company. Credit card company been phoned and they are now investigating as fraud

I ordered two sets of the garage shelves. Each set should have contained two sets of shelves making four in total. I have received just one set of shelves and despite dozens of e mails have still not received the second set. Customer service is rubbish. Wont be buying again.

Ordered bath sheets and was concerned as no confirmation email or any correspondence from company. After reading reviews I contacted company several times, then received conflicting emails regarding out of stock then offering delivery. I raised issue with PayPal and received refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

VERY PLEASED! I purchased the garage shelves off homevibe they were easy to assemble, instructions were clear. Always satisfied when I order from homevibe 👍🏻
I ordered some shelving from HomeVibe, having paid extra for express delivery the items did not turn up within the time expected two days this was entirely down to the courier company having mislaid my parcel. Good news I have now received my items and are quite happy.
