Huge problems after installing a new modem... But hopefully, Daphne's support (Athom) was very efficient in order to solve it. Thank you !

I bought a Homey Pro 2 weeks ago, and wauw.

Homey Pro is very userfriendly.
Thumbs up from here.
Hub homey pro
Great.
Homey pro is very easy and intuitive to install.
I'm starting to use and configure products, but the possibility of having products integrated with different protocols is TOP.
Thanks to the Homey team
Replaces my home baked solution for…
Replaces my home baked solution for controlling my smart devices with a Homey Pro, and I could not be happier with the result. It's easy to use, works pain free with most devices I have tried. Can recommend this product to everyone that wants an easy and powerfull way to control their home.
I'm a happy user
I'm a happy user since day one! Great to mix all smart technologies so easy together. Easy peasy! Awesome device and awesome platform!
Focus on the automations!
I recently got myself a Homey after being playing for a while with different other home automation solutions (Homekit, OpenHab, Home Assistant, etc...) and I am extremely pleased with the experience so far.
I appreciate that everything works seamlessly and you don't have to be a developer to set up different devices from different brands and make them talk to each other. You can also get rid of (almost)* every other hub or Zigbee/Zigwave dongle as Homey has everything embedded. *(They suggest keeping your Philips Hue hub)
But what I enjoy the most is that creating automation ("flows" in Homey's jargon) is extremely easy and straightforward. Whenever I have an idea I just go in the Flow section and make it happen. The focus is on creating the automations rather than make the system work.
Plus points for the beautifully crafted Insights where if you really are a data nerd, you can keep an eye on everything that happened in your house and it comes out of the box! (no Innodb + Grafana, does it ring a bell?)
There are of course margins for improvements, what I am missing, for instance, is the option to create light groups to toggle on and off several lights simultaneously or the possibility to add more geolocations other than your home address and use them to trigger your automations. They are anyway minor shortcomings compared to the advantages mentioned above and I am also confident the developers will improve Homey software over time.
Long-time home automator over 15+ years…
Long-time home automator over 15+ years using HomeSeer, Indigo, OpenHAB extensively and also I've tried out SmartThings, Vera and Home Assistant. Of them all, this is by far the slickest overall experience I have had and the flows are extremely powerful. Often in other systems I have had to resort to scripting in Python or JavaScript to get the logic I wanted. I was pleased to see this is also possible with Homey but in practice now I have migrated all the 200+ flows I have for my 100+ device z-wave network, I have not had to resort to scripting once. Very, very impressed.
As a new Homey owner
As a new Homey owner, I must say that I am excited… Buuuut there is room for many improvements, especially when coming from Homebridge :)
Homey is great
Just took the step from smartthings…
Just took the step from smartthings over to Homey and i'm pleasantly surprised. Setting up automations and flows are a breeze.
Haven't had any problems adding any device at all no matter if it's z-wave, zigbee or RF.
Easy recommendation - Homey pro
Used Homey pro for two weeks now. I have connected a lot of z-wave dimmers, z-wave motion/multi-sensors, IKEA smart light, ventilation with water heater, my EV charger and more, and I have added a bunch of flows. Everything work as expected, easy and fast setup. I would buy it again.
Realy happy with the homey
Realy happy with the homey, does what its supposed to do. I have both Philips hue, Ikea bulbs, fibaro walli switch an sockets and it works like a charm.
Homey PRO
Our friends introduce us Homey pro and it never disappoint us. We are able to connect to broadlink, samsung and etc to control it remotely be it at work or overseas. It allow us to set different combinations flow to suits our needs. Recommend to get 1 if you haven't got 1.
Amazing product.
Amazing product.
I was orienting for a year , finally made the decision to buy the HomeyPro.
I have got it for about a month now. Have not cretated a lot of flows, but have added most of the equipment already.
When the rest of the devices wil arrive/be installed, i wil create more flows to automate more.
A great feature i like, is the the ability of connecting all kinds of brands and equipment together with the Flows.
For example, i have some cheap tuya based sockets, i added them using IFTTT and now switch them on and off using a Philips HUE wall switch.
That was really easy to setup.
Hope there will be a Miele App in the future, to add my washer and dryer (miele@home).
Very dissapointing
Have over 60 devices and the app doesn't seem to give the correct status back. I have to go in to my Hue app to check if lights are on or not.
Really disappointed.
Motion sensors react slow.
The app doesn't have native support for grouping of lights, but a buggy app that doesn't work is available, but it is buggy as hell crashes and is very counterintuitive

A quite perfect futuristic smart-home gateway!
I was on a search for a universal smart-home gateway for the different kinds of wireless standards like z-wave, zigbee and WiFi, which is apart from this also independent from any developer or producer of smart-home devices. Homey does fulfill exactly these matters and is nearly the non plus ultra - quite perfect!
It starts with its packaging in a attractive and stable cardboard box and goes over to a easy quick start and setup process. Very userfriendly and confindently!
The only weakness so far I've to state is the fact, that a flow which includes battery powered devices isn't running properly.
Homey's design is just futuristic and is made of high-quality plastic - not anywhere in the world, but in Holland! That was one of the most inspiring things I discovered.
All in all a high promising product with a (hopefully) prospering future.
A great disappointment!!!
I had great expectations from this one, i used tellstickV2, wanted more options.
Used 8 hours to delete all my programms from Tellstick and program them to Homey.
Because Homey can do it all!!! i was wery exited.
Disappointment was big when Homey was slower then Tellstick to perform programs and the only temperature controller i could find that was working with it had intervalls like 2 hours for update. It was wery pour to controll the aquarium and the heat in the house.
It often locked up and needed reset and was overall really slow. Changed back to Tellstic who has temperature sensors who update in every second minute. 8 hours againg to program back :( Much better and faster responce. Much easier to add devices inn 433 mhz and Zwave too.

I like the Homey product except for one…
I like the Homey product except for one thing which is the RF 433MHz receiver. It’s just too insensitive which is rather disappointing if you own a lot of KAKU sensors. Everything else is really good, including the SW. I enjoy the product, the fact there is a large community and the large number of apps. Good job.
Homey has no way of contacting them
Homey has no way of contacting them, other than email.
I ordered Hue light strips of which one is faulty. No customer service to speak of. Should be illegal actually..

You will love it!
If you love domotic and everything around this world, you will like homey. The only limit it's your imagination. On the negative side, the interface, I would like to have the opportunity to make more customization and also the desktop app.
Worst zigbee
Youre not able to add more than 20 zigbee devices directly to homey, and youre gonna reach that limit very fast with some temp and motion sensors.
They have promised a zigbee rewrite for years now without any results..
And zigbee devices loses conections every few monts so you have to reset them and add them again then you need to repair your flows each time
