Huge problems after installing a new modem... But hopefully, Daphne's support (Athom) was very efficient in order to solve it. Thank you !

Great support on initial setup
My question about initial setup of Homey was answered quickly. So far my experience with their support has been great.

Works great and is super easy for the things that exist good apps for on the Homey Pro. If you have a lot of equipment already check compatibility beforehand. 5 starts from here.

Both product and support, truly above and beyond
I was pretty happy with the product, after almost 2 years of continuous usage. The product is great and the community is extremely helpful. For those that don't know, Homey is a little smart home hub that can connect almost any device you can think of, whether it's connected through wifi, zigbee, z-wave, bt and so on. It's main advantage over HA, for example, is that everything can be done with zero requirements for configuration. Most brands and products already have an integration, done by Athom or by someone in the community.
Support was also extremely helpful. My device stopped working about 2 weeks before the 2 year warranty period expiration. Interaction with support was completed in one day, and a new product was on its way to me in less than 24 hours, through expedited delivery.
My only regret is not having purchased the backup plan for my configuration, so I could restore my existing flows, but refreshing its entire config from scratch is probably not a bad idea.
I'm looking forward to receiving my pre-ordered Homey Pro 2023 ( Matter protocol included).
Well done Athom! Well done Homey!
excample of customer service!
I've had a homey for 2 years now and I'm pretty happy with it until a few weeks ago. Homey became unresponsive and lost all contact with Earth.
After an email to customer service, I received an answer after 30 minutes.
After some emailing back and forth (the same day) it turned out that the device was effectively defective.
However, the warranty had expired but ... athom said this early failure should not happen. They send me a new one!
Get rid of the preconceived notions that customer services don't work well!
Talk about a piece of customer service!
Great Customer Care
I wrongly made an order of two different models but nothing happened as one was not ready to be despatched. As soon as I emailed they promptly answered me, understanding my reasons and finding a solution with no extra costs for me. Taking care of the customer like that is the best way to create loyalty and it's what really make difference nowadays.
Well done guys!

Great service
Great and quick support
Unfortunately my Homey Pro (Early 2019) died within it's warranty period. So I contacted Homey support.
Within one day I received a reply from Athom with a request to send my faulty Homey to Athom (it included a free shipping label), so I did.
Within a few hours after my Homey was received by Athom, I received the message that my Homey was beyond repair and a new Homey Pro has already being shipped out!
So the next day I received a new Homey Pro (Early 2019) including a code for purchasing the advanced flow (which I purchased for my faulty Homey) for free!
Thank you Athom for your support and solving this issue so quickly without any costs! Well done!!
Do they have customer service?
I was very excited to find this company via a tech forum. I like what I saw from the company web site and their keynote speech for new product (New Homey Pro). I ordered the Homey Bridge and received an email confirmation that the order #62282 has been received and they will let me know when it ships and is heading my way. There is no news for a week, then I email them and heard nothing back. I actually wanted to cancel the order for the bridge and may order the new Homey Pro.
Today, I have a surprise that the Bridge was delivered. I plugged and installed without issue but since then it dropped in and out of connections about 20 times in the last 4 hours. All devices in vicinity have been working with wifi for years except the Homey Bridge.
I want to get some technically support from the company but could not find any contact details. It seems that this company is very focus on sales but little if any after sales support

I have a Homey Pro but I had some…
I have a Homey Pro but I also have a normal one (6 year old Kickstart edition) that had some trouble getting it to work due to outdated firmware. Not a problem for the guys and girls over at Athom! I contacted them, got a form to fill out, sent over my Homey, and within a week I received the updated Homey back. Very nice of them to offer this type of support, still after so many years. And sidenote; my Homey Pro works great, running without any errors for over a year. Highly recommend this dutch company that values their customers privacy as well as their 'it just works' approach. Sure, setting it up can be a bit daunting for some (check out their Youtube channel though for setting it up etcetera), but in my opinion best in the market; balancing userfriendlyness and capabilities (yes, I also tried HomeAssistant but thats just not as userfriendly and primairly remains a thing for the hobbyist world imho).
Summery: great support, great product, highly recommended
Great support after 6 years.
I bought my Homey from the Kickstarter project in 2016. For various reasons I never activated my Homey and forgot it. Just two weeks ago I found my Homey again. I tried to activate it, but the firmware was obviously to old. After some correspondence with Athom, I was asked to send the Homey back and they load new software and my Homey is alive after 6 years. Great support.
I was quite happy when Homey came to…
I was quite happy when Homey came to the market. A great and above all stable product. What a pitty that has changed over the last 2 years. Our first problems came with the Homey Pro in combination with Qubino Zwave dimmers. The ZWave network of the Homey is totally unstable. As the logs showed, the Homey responds wrong to commands or doesn't process commands. Qubino send us a video showing the Homey doesn't work right. We solved this by replacing the Homey with a Home Center. Same Zwave modules and no problem at all.
Second problem: Homey Bridge. A great idea. And after ordering it right after the launch, it became clear that this is a beta product. But we expected it to be out of beta in a couple of weeks or months. But one year later this product is still in beta. The worst thing is that is just stopped working and we cannot get it back working again. There is no 'real' factory reset. As long as it will connect to the same wifi it is not resetted. What kind of strange design is that? So I need to rename the wifi and reconnect all my other devices just because of a Homey Bridge that is still in beta?
Time for a refund if you ask me. Time to look to better alternatives.

I was quite excited in the beginning…
I was quite excited in the beginning because everything was so easy to connect and setup...... but now it seems to drop the ZigBee driver every time there is a software update (about once a month), and the reset/reboot process is a pain in the neck!
Why doesn't it automatically check if the network was dropped and reboot, so it comes back without the manual interference from the user.
I almost don't use it anymore and the disappointment is just increasing.

The site presents itself in Norwegian
Edited (and added 1 star):
The site presents itself in Norwegian, and by law all sites directed towards Norwegian consumers should then show prices *including* VAT, but when I picked up the parcel at my post office, I had to pay €104.50 in VAT, as well as a customs clearance fee of €30.00 in addition to the price of the product itself.
NB! The product is available for lower cost Updated: (3.895,- at Tibber, and 3.990 at NetOnNet) than on this site domestically in Norway.
I chose to order directly because of the inventory situation, and didn't know abou the extra costs of ~€135 on top of Athoms price of NOK 3.520,- when ordering directly.

Extremely disappointed that they sell…
Extremely disappointed that they sell the Homey Bridge without instans access to system. I bought it based on some reviews and articles and missed the info that you must have a beta-invite.
I guess i just return it and continue with my Domoticz setup.

Bought a homey pro in may 2021. The only system you need for your smart home integration.
Bought a homey bridge
Bought a homey bridge, which is useless since I need a code for the beta software.
How the hekk can you sell something that is not working yet…???!!!
However, I was asked to sign up for the beta, which I did. Then I received a mail which stated that if I invited three more people to the beta I would get same day access…. So I invited four people to the beta. And guess what happened..?? Nothing….!!!
So I wrote a mail to the customer service, they told me this was a wrong interpretation from my site, since there was a translation issue in the text which stated that I could get same day access.
Well, now i have a homey bridge at home, which hasn’t turned on one single lamp yet, but collecting the dust.

Since Placing an Order
Since Placing an Order I have had no information, it states when you purchase Homey Pro same day shipping for orders placed before a certain time (my order was before this time) The order is still in processing on the status on the web site, and you have no options of contacting Athom to ask what is happening. If you cannot do what you promise remove it from your web site as you are not being sincere to potenuial customers. I hope your product does not have the same false information.
Update: As there is no reply button to the answer this is in response, You should then clearly state on your website all orders proceesed same day except if you are in the UK, you should also not use Covid as an excuse it should have taught you to streamline your online ordering...so you think it is acectptable to say thanks for your 359 pounds not sure when it will be delivered but just wait it might turn up one day...
Update From this company , do not trust them... They have not kept promises, there support is a buncj=h of Lying Lemmings....And to be honest their product is crap....
