The shop has clearly changed under new management and is now associated with a fraudulent parking firm known as Parallel Parking. I made a decision to pull up in a safe place into home zone and wait in my car for six minutes abefore leaving the area, yet I've been issued a county court notice demanding payment.

Fortunately, I am well-prepared to counter this unjust claim against both Parallel Parking and Home Zone. It's unacceptable to be subjected to this situation, and I believe both Home Zone and Parallel Parking are at fault. Immediate action is required from local authorities to address this issue.

Took money didnt deliver goods. EMail address doesnt work or the telephone number. Avoid at all costs. Claiming money back through bank as there is no way of getting hold of them. DO NOT ORDER

I went to Homezone in Northfield Birmingham on 28th February. The car park is in a shocking state and it took some minutes to negotiate the potholes and mud to get into the shop. Once in there I found the staff indifferent and not helpful. There was nothing outside the shop to say that I had to register my car in the shop, it's not a Pay and Display car park. Nor did the staff mention anything. This has resulted in a £60 fine. The parking firm claim that there are notices in the shop which say you must register but I saw none and the shop staff never mentioned it either. Something stinks here ! The same sort of scam is happening in Walsall too with drivers being fined, yet no signs up and shop staff not telling people that they need to register their number.!

When a company does not give you a phone number or address DO NOT PURCHASE from them. If the only communication is via is a submitted form DO NOT PURCHASE from any company if this is the case.

They really helped me out when trying to match a sample. They held back some rolls as it was short stock in case I needed them without being asked and communication was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Customer care team has been brilliant can not fault them at all. Sorted my issue out ASAP kept in constant contact with me til the my issue was sorted .. highly recommend brilliant service.

The paper looks fine but lost a bit when matching and did rip ease .
