The chair fell apart arm rest would not stay, the plastic on the wheels cracked first then eventually they all broke. It was horrible. The chair was less than 6 months old.

I tried to reach out to customer service for a return. They told me it would be more expensive to ship it back and only refunded me $15. I was super excited to get this chair as advertised. When I received it, it wasn't what I expected. The "massage" feature isn't even a massage. It literally just vibrates. The balls for the massage setting are right underneath your bottom, so it's quite uncomfortable. The leg rest is flimsy, I can foresee it breaking in the near future. The headrest doesn't align with your body as you sit up straight, so you can't even rest your head unless you are fully reclined. The only beneficial thing about this chair is the color I chose. It's a very pretty off white and black combination. The chair is a chair, so it does mostly what it is supposed to do I guess, but don't expect this to be your go to chair for comfort or back/neck problems.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have had this set for just over a year and the braided parts are all coming apart. Not even on the parts that get used like the seats or leg rest, just on the tops that no one touches. I contacted the seller and they basically said I was out of luck since it had been over a year. Over $1k for a set of furniture to only last a year is ridiculous!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I purchased the Homrest lifting…
I purchased the Homrest lifting recliner on June 2oth for my 95 year old mother. On October 1 the chair started malfunctioning, and 2 days later it stopped working totally. I emailed Homrest and their warranty is only 60 days from purchase. In essence I wasted $400 dollars for something that my mother used for less than 4 months. They did not offer any assistance to get it repaired. This speaks volumes on how Homrest values it's customer's satisfaction, and the fact that there is only a 60 warranty on any defective part - WOW they know their products are not manufactured very well!!!

We began working on this on 27 April 2024 and are still dealing with this headache! The recliner is not working and this company offered us a $10.00 refund for a $600+ furniture set! Insulting! I have numerous e-mails and photos as evidence and our attorney has been contacted. DO NOT BUY FROM HOMREST!
Took a chance and glad I did on this Office Massage Chair
After purchase I was nervous because I found this Trustpilot site and Scam Advisors admonishing caution over Homrest. I almost went in to my bank to get my money back, however, the second day after I purchased I got a Shipping notice, then the next day received an email notice I’d get my Office Massage Chair the next day. Thinking it a delay ploy to keep one from canceling, and that when I received notice of delivery it wouldn’t be at my home, I nevertheless gave Homrest the benefit of the doubt and the chair arrived the very next day. The chair box was delivered by Fed Ex in my garage. Every part I assembled I was thinking of the reviews on this and other sites about missing parts. But the chair is assembled and it works beautifully. I and very pleased with it, and how fast it arrived with free shipping to boot. I thought about giving 4 stars because the base had to be assembled when office chairs I’ve purchased in the past had that part fully assembled. But I thought given how wonderful the Massage element is and my relief over not being scammed, I thought I better give 5 stars.

Missing parts, all their emails are dead for help. It looks beautiful in pieces. You Tube has instructions, but he doesn’t talk and moves so fast! , he can’t remedy our missing parts!

Unfortunately there is no “0” stars because that is what I would rate my experience! The old saying “you get what you paid for” is definitely true with this recliner. The chemical odor in this chair was so bad we had to box it back up immediately. As far as comfort goes, this recliner is definitely not constructed for human back comfort! The return shipping is as much as the chair, so by the time you pay for return shipping and 15% restock fee, you are in the red! Give it a lot of thought before purchasing this recliner from this company!

This place owns their own review sites, refuses to post anything but positive reviews and declines all return requests. Their sleeper sofa pull-out has actual buttons that grind into your ribs if you ever attempt to lay on it, sleep is not an option. It was more of a torture sofa than anything I could ever call comfortable. Good luck doing returns, don’t pay with anything but a credit card to allow your card company to work for you and expose this company for what it really is.

If I could do 0 stars, that would be my rating. Company is refusing to process a return for their 3 in 1 reclining chair/sofa which has everything you could ever want if you like to sleep on a slab of granite. The floor with a single blanket would be more comfortable.

The top of the cart warped on both ends really, really bad. One end is up almost 1/2" and the other end is about 1/4" raised, boths end are worse in the front. It warped so bad, the pieces that hold the top to the base actually broke into pieces, yes pieces. Emailed back and forth with several times. They wanted pictures we sent pictures. They wanted us to circle the broken parts and the top in the instruction guide. Did that too. They company then offered to send us a new cart for (another) $150.00. That would have us pay $470.00 for a usable cart, when it only costs $319.99. I emailed them back and told them I would only settle for a full refund. Have not heard from them since. Emailed again about a full refund. Still nothing back get from them, they are completely ignoring us. I would not purchase ANYTHING from them. I'm going to put this review on every review website I know of. I've contacted the BBB. My next is to notify my bank and dispute the charge since Homrest is just ignoring us even after we did everything they asked us to do. I have all the emails and at least a dozen pics that I'll send to my bank. I will request they reverse the charges and I'll get my money back. Most people never think to do this, but in cases like this, most banks will refund the money. Keep in mind, you are the banks customer, the merchant, in this case Homrest.
The worst company.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. They lie about offering a no hassle return policy, that is, if you can get ahold of them. I ordered a side table and emailed through their website before it got shipped that I needed to return it and I heard nothing.
I emailed them from my email and finally got ahold of someone who still has yet to send me a return address.
The first email reply was asking why I wanted to return it. The second email reply was asking for me to send a picture of the email that I sent previously, because they never got my email before the item got delivered.
This is now three times I have asked for their return address.

That phone number isn't even valid the person who answered had no idea what Homrest was.
From my understanding, this company's actually based in China and their distribution center is in the US, and I wish I would have done my research before I threw $100 at them. Also, the restocking fee is not listedon their website for not wanting the product, so they are blatantly lying

Purchased a simple chair 12/24/21, because I'm wearing a Back Brace I am unable to put this together, my dad hurt his back and wanted this for him. I chose to return it, no return label inside the box. They have no customer service, I sent 7 emails requesting a Return Label. No one has responded in 7 days. American companies do not steal your money and refuse to let you return items. Never had an issue like this. Will never deal with this fake company again. Buyer Beware.
