Mattress is 3 years old and is now lacking any support and the springs rub together so noisy that they wake me up. It was not cheap so I am hugely disappointed.

The mattress is lovely
The mattress is lovely, in fact its our second (the first purchased through Amazon). The communication from HomyLink is absolutely diabolical. When you purchase and pay you are promised a link to track which does not work. Trawling through the internet to find a phone number for the Ipswich based company gets you a warehouse in Stoke on Trent which apparently has nothing to do with HomyLink! The mattress arrived completely out of the blue and were it not for lockdown we would have missed its delivery.

Mattress good and quick arrival, however have taken two payments for the same mattress. Haven’t responded when I have contacted them to rectify.

Not the company I would recommend.
Order a mattress throw amazon. Using this company. Didnt arrive on the day it was ment to got a message the next day from amazon saying company had not informed amazon of despatch date. When I message company directly they said the had a despatch issue and it could take up to 2 weeks. Which at time like we are in understand. The next min my order has been cancelled. Apparently sent me 3 emails only received one. And the text to explain what happened. Could not tell u about product as didnt set eyes on it.

I contacted to get an update on delivery, got back to me the next day and told me when the item would be delivered, came earlier than expected so was very happy.
Only had one night on the Mattress so far but was an excellent nights sleep, very happy
