Hone health would not let me cancel my membership. I tried through the app, I tried through email, I talked to someone over the phone. Nothing helped, they just keep taking $155.00 a month. This has gone on for 8 months now!!! This is infuriating and I now have to change my entire bank just to get it to stop.

The doctor was great. But the hone system doesn’t work well if need to speak with someone. It’s all AI generated texts and then a 24 hour response period to any issues. So for the amount that the service costs, it’s not worth it. Literally almost impossible to speak with a human

My telehealth call went really well. I haven’t felt like myself in years and I’m optimistic about the care plan prescribed for me. My doctor was very thorough. She wasn’t in a rush and listened to all of my concerns.
