Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. They pulled a bait-and-switch on me with their ridiculous membership fees. All of a sudden, they give me what I thought I needed to start buying my medication from them, and they send me an additional charge of $149.95 a month, plus other fees, totaling $1870.00 for the year.
They say it’s for talking to a health professional once a month. What a rip-off. No way am I paying close to $2000.00 for testosterone injections plus the cost of the medication, which was another $199.99 a month.
This place is a total waste of money and time. Buyer beware.

Hone's membership is mentioned on the primary page of HoneHealth.com. We also mention the membership before purchase. Unlike other companies, we don't gate your lab results so you're free to take those with you to another provider. That said, what you'll discover is that most companies aren't as up front as Hone is, and the hidden fees stack up much more than the monthly membership cost from Hone.
In order to receive the types of treatments that Hone offers, a certain level of care is necessary. The membership covers all aspects of this care, including advanced lab panels and comprehensive doctor visits every 3 months, non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free 2-day shipping on all orders, access to the Care Team, and private access to Hone's online member community. Routine lab work and doctor visits every three months are something any reputable healthcare provider will require to receive treatment.
Although the above membership isn't cheap, it's much more affordable and convenient than traditional healthcare. Typically, you'll have to jump through some hoops to see a specialist who 'might' submit a lab order that covers the depth of Hone's advanced panels. If they do, the cost of those labs (even with insurance) will most likely be hundreds of dollars. Even then, if your doctor is willing to prescribe the level of precision medication that Hone offers, the cost of those treatments (once again, even with insurance) will be expensive.
Hone will exhaust all efforts to help make your care as affordable as possible. For example, our Care Team will assist with sending scripts to your local pharmacy and help you leverage programs like GoodRX–––where the cost of medications will be cut down dramatically in most cases. Other health providers in our space won't go the extra mile like this for their patients.
I cancelled my account
I cancelled my account, prescriptions in April. I called 3 times, filled out the online cancellation form 3 times and sent countless emails- I am still being billed! Fraudulent business practices! 100% Do not recommend!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! No communication! I’ve repeatedly emailed about issues with a delivery and nothing… Once they contacted me they could not accommodate my delivery successfully! Now I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and nothing.. I filled out appropriate paperwork on their website.
Caution! Buyer Beware! They are a very shady company, not caring for health and concerns of their clients.
I do not recommend. Be careful!
