Finally a Doctor Who Truly Listens and Cares.
I had my consultation with Dr. Andre Mitchell today, and for the first time in a long time, I left feeling genuinely hopeful. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel heard and understood.

Denying me access to my provider
Denying me access to my provider. Will not let me schedule an apt. Been requesting for 7 days and thier help desk, just keeps denying the request. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! Hone is trying to deny I'm an actual customer so they can get this review deleted.Hone should know that it would be a hippa violation to release any personal information about myself and or my medical history with connection to their company. No, I don't want to talk about my personal medical information on a public forum, which is why I requested a provider appointment over seven times. This company is so juvenile and uneducated.Do not waste your money!! Hey, Hone, why don't you look up the prefix to my username and see if you can find an email address that matches.
