Ordered a vegan cheese hamper for my daughter-in-law for Xmas.

The hamper arrived exactly on time, carefully packed.

I had a concern about the courier but customer services (Ailis) could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Will be using this service again.

I love the cheeses they make, not had any issues with delivery, and when I wanted to add to an order I placed their email service was quick and really helpful.

Been buying these for a good few years now, so ordered some in for Xmas. I'm seriously unimpressed, what's happened has the menu changed. The blue was rank, we binned most of that, the bree is now slushy and bland, & the rind is also rank. Doubt we'll be buying that again

So disappointed with this cheese
It’s made from coconut oil which is awful for an artisan cheese
It’s plain and just not nice
Will never buy again

I first bought these products at Birmingham Food Festival and was very impressed, with the individual items and the lady I spoke to. I decided to buy some online, after some thought. I was a bit concerned about the quality of the food after transportation. Sadly I was right. The ice bag that had been included, to keep the food fresh, had defrosted and all the items were warm. I put all the items into the freezer, to try and salvage them. This unfortunately hasn’t worked, as they are quite unpalatable after defrosting.
I did contact the company by email, to express my concerns, and had an email back to say they had received it, but never had a reply to it.
I am disappointed about the experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone buy online.

So far I have only tried the blue and the brie from the christmas hamper I ordered. I was really excited to Tey this as I have struggled to find any vegan cheese that tastes good. I was excited but opened the pack to 0 smell at all, no strong or weird smell, just nothing, the brie was disgusting, really really horrible taste and the blue had no blue taste at all it barely tasted or anything. Very disappointed so far

Very sad to write this about a once loved vegan company...

I ordered a cheese board for the Christmas holiday, expecting it to be up to the same standard as last year. Sadly, it wasn't. The blue had hardly any veining in it and did not taste 'blue' at all. The 'Brie' went off after one day of opening it and grew fuzzy mould. I will give credit where it is due - the garlic & herb cheese spread still tastes lovely. I was planning to use the 'Camembert' for a cheese night but I am tentative to risk it given how much the standard for this once excellent cheese company has dropped.

Edit: The company got back to me. I was frustrated at first as I felt like I had been 'left on read' but I was offered a replacement Brie and Blue with no postage charge, which I appreciate and was more than I expected. The person I spoke to was also very polite and seemed keen to help me. I have added a star for this good customer service. Time will tell if my faith in the brand is restored.

I bought two bree from them , one was evidently off when it arrived! I wrote to tell them and didn’t even get a response!! Appalling as it’s not cheap!!

Loves this cheese, I have bought multiple since highly recommended. The blue cheese is divine and the brie is same texture flavour as non vegan brie. Well worth a try.

Oh my! Just amazing cheese. I order this for delivery and have to say it's just fantastic. Well packaged and you can also choose when you have it delivered.
It really is a game changer, great flavour and texture.
And a lovely company to deal with.

i ordered after seeing a random social media ad, so wasn't sure what to expect tbh. my delivery arrived today though and I'm SO impressed!

I've been vegan for about 2 years now and 1 thing i really miss is cheese. i've tried several and these are by far the best. The 'insteddah cheddah' is tasty but still not really like cheddar.... but the 'shamembert' is perfect. love it. will definitely order again.

took a few days for the order to come but comm's were excellent. I was surprised looking on trustpilot that there aren't more reviews. I'm assuming a small / fairly new company.
