I found the service and delivery great the mouthpiece it self is light weight at first it is uncomfortable but I did fall asleep I still had it in when I woke up that's a plus easy to clean nice sterile packaging

Ordered two in good faith. Paid £24. Informed company the product is not fit for purpose and does not work and requested a full refund. No reply. Wrote a further three times and sent the products back as requested having paid a further £3.95 for return postage. Still nothing then received this message...

My wife and I were very skeptical about how the Honex would work for me. I have been snoring so loud that I have actually woke myself up. The first night was very surprising, I slept through the night and I didn't snore at all. My wife said that can't actually work that easy but, it did and it does. We both would highly recommend Honex as a solution for everyone to have a good nights sleep.

Bought this on a buy one get one free offer but only one sent….asked about the free one and they said they’d send if we paid postage!! Did not bother as item did not work….in fact husband snored worse! Asked for a refund but they would only give a refund if we paid international shipping costs! Honestly the biggest pile of crap we have ever purchased and wish we had read reviews first as everyone has said the same 😩

Absolute scam taken over ten days to arrive when it did arrive what a letdown cheap plastic made in china on the barcode and is described as a denture box on the sticker. It hasn’t even got honex on the box. Can’t send it back because I have opened it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

it's simply just a cheap, one size fits all, mouthguard that does nothing.

I purchased this product and tried it for three days. While it is comfortable and soft, it did not help stop my snoring. Additionally, I attempted to contact the seller multiple times for a refund, as they advertised a money-back guarantee, but I have not received any response. It seems they do not reply to customers regarding refunds. Therefore, my rating is one star—if I could give less, I would.

This appliance is completely useless - Stike One! Additionally, the company offer absolutely no support for concerns or refunds - Strike Two. The fit is sloppy, uncomfortable and has no ability to keep the lower jaw forward (the way an actual Mandibular advancement device works) - Strike Three!!
As a dentist, I wanted to try this product & evaluate its efficacy.
Do not buy. It doesn’t work & you won’t be refunded.

WARNING: This company will not refund your money. I quickly received the product. It was cheap and flimsy. When I tried to return it and get a refund the company would not respond to emails. They do not provide a contact number. I have been trying since October 28th 2025 to get a refund with no success. This is basically a scam.

-Works, fits my mouth, but would like it to be a bit more open in fit so my mouth would not feel so dry and pasty with the device in.

Absolute garbage. The website says that lower jaw restraint is the only way that snoring can truly stop snoring. But yet they send you 2 memory foam pillows!, and 200 nasal straps!! When I looked at the manifest under the canadian post sticker it said "200 snoring cessation nasal patches, 2 neck protecting cotton pillows, AND 2 household silicone TOYS! You pay a lot of money for stuff you don't want or need ( after they have convinced you you don't need) and send 2 very cheap mouthpieces they consider toys. The branding and marketing folks of this company need to lose their jobs. I also paid for express shipping (said they would ship in 2 days for a delivery by October 15, but came two and a half weeks later). Ridiculous.

I used now honey for three nights and it makes a difference compared to many other lower jaw advancers I have tried in the past. I would like to know a bit more about the material that is used and how safe this material really is. Thank you Henry Staempfli DVM

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. This product failed completely to solve the problem it was advertised for, and the company's "risk-free" guarantee is a misleading trap.

Not only did the device fail to stop my snoring, but my wife reported that my snoring was significantly louder while I used it. Worse still, I felt more tired than usual, indicating that the device actively worsened my sleep quality. It is entirely ineffective and not fit for purpose.

The "Risk-Free" Trial is not really true:
The company heavily promotes a risk-free trial, but they intentionally omit a critical piece of information: the product must be returned to Japan.

The cost of international courier shipping to Japan is so high that it exceeds the original purchase price of the item. This means that pursuing the "risk-free" refund is financially impossible for the customer.

WARNING TO BUYERS: Do not purchase this product relying on the "risk-free trial." The guarantee is worthless because the prohibitive return shipping cost makes it impossible to get your money back.
