This product is total trash and even dangerous.

Snoring reduced, clenching teeth eased and all in all a better night’s sleep.

Don't bother buying from this company. They shorted my order and then told me I must have hit the wrong button and wanted me to pay for shipping to correct it. The appliance is large and bulky and NOT worth the 40.00 I was charged.

This anti snore mouth piece is an absolute SCAM.
Sloppy fit and causes massive amounts of saliva to build up.
They refuse to reply to emails regarding how bad the product actually is and after filing a complaint with Paypal they did offer a 50%refund, Not the money back guarantee they are advertising.
The product had to be returned unused If i wanted a full refund but have to pay return postage myself.
I cannot stress enough how bad this product is and how bad this company is to deal with. If you must buy one of these anti snore mouth piece, Check out Temu or eBay as they sell for as little as $3.00AUD.
How a company like this is allowed to continue to trade is unbelievable.

I tried your mouthguard as I have been recently told I have sleep apea. I find the mouthguard to fit very well. I am not sure if it is helping yet, but think so. Of course i did not think i had sleep apea so it is hard to tell, lol

Honex is a uncomfortable product. I could not sleep with this product in my mouth . Now I'm having a hard time returning it . Not only that took almost two weeks to deliver as well.

Overall, the product met my expectations.

I’ve found the mouthpieces to be quite effective though they can become somewhat uncomfortable after a number of hours of sleep as my mouth can become quite dry.
Overall, I think they’re very good and would recommend them.

I know that when I wake up in the morning my throat is not dry and I dont feel dehydrated and I feel a lot more rested

I received the product two days ago and tried it last night. I had a restful sleep, although I had a bit of trouble keeping the product in my mouth at first. So far, the results seem positive. I really hope I've solved my problem.

I think it would be more comfortable if the product were stored in a sealed sterile bag and if there was a technical data sheet on the silicone material it's made of.

1) your product is a piece of crap. It tastes like shiT, restricts breathing, doesn’t fit, makes me produce too much saliva, and makes me gag.
2) I used it and tested my 02 level and it was close to hazardous levels. That means it’s not working. My mouth taping works much much better.
3) I could barely wear it for an hour without cursing your existence. YOU ARE RUNNING A SCAM. That is for sure. I have seen this all my life
4) did not improve, —made it 100% worse.
5) communication is moot —the company is running a scam and lying to you.
6) your partial refund is bullshit.

The Honex anti snore guard is an amazing product. I had a minor issue and the customer service team was always prompt and professional in their response.

I can’t believe the difference that the Honex mouthguard has made! My wife was the one who immediately noticed that I wasn’t snoring. This has continued over the past fortnight. She is appreciating noise free sleep.
The softness of the mouthguard has helped me getting used to it being in my mouth as I sleep. Having the mouthguard in my mouth has not caused any discomfort.

Poor fitting, uncomfortable, too big, can’t swallow, tastes of plastic. 60 day return policy is worthless, has to be returned to Japan at your own cost. If you throw away the cardboard sleeve they won’t refund you anyway. Do not buy, waste of money

Of course the product is not working. Wanted to return but they only offer %20 refund, when rejected they are asking me to ship items back to Japan address, and no label provided. They hope that shipping cost would me more expensive and you just keep the item .

Do not buy, if its too late, try to handle with your bank. Just scam!

The item that showed up was made of a flimsy thin plastic with no applicable means of shifting the jaw as it was designed to do. Purely a bait and switch. I would not recommend this company based on the product advertised compared to the product provided. AVOID unless you want to throw your money away

I purchased the Honex mouthguards, it was a 2 for 1 offer. To be fair I was a bit hesitant as nothing has work thus far. My snoring has interrupted my wife's sleep for many years and she tells me I stop breathing during the night, but after purchasing the mouthguards my snoring has virtually stopped and I am waking feeling good. They are a bit to get used to they are not bulky but keep your mouth open about 1cm so I have woken up through the night with a dry mouth, but a drink of water and I'm back to sleep.

Delivery was as expected,When my item arrived it was of good quality and I believe it's helping.
After a few nights I was used to wearing it and is very comfortable in the mouth,unlike some others I have tried.
