I liked Honeybook more in the first two years I worked with them than the subsequent two. Recently their prices have been raised significantly, and their redesign and "smart files" are anything but smart, making tasks that were previously a cinch quite frustrating and time consuming.

As a Wedding Planner using HB for 6 years I will be honest I became quite frustrated for a bit with its cost vs Capabilities. However since 2026 the updates have made HB a Real Tool I am not sure I can go without. linking google drive and attachments and note taker is a game changer. works great with integrating my systems with Google

I have been using Honeybook for sometime now and they are getting really bad. They say that they process credit card payments within 2-3 days and they keep moving them out every night I have over 12K that I have been waiting on for 6 days I am thinking of changing my account to Seamless Maybe they would like my 1 Million in annual sales

You cannot speak to a human, only email correspondence. We had a client who marked their wedding payment as fraud a month later after we hosted their reception and she posted how great it was on social media. I could not fight the fraud charge directly and had to go through Honeybook and sent photos of the food and celebration and all we got was a sorry, the credit card company ruled against you and we lost thousands of dollars with no back up from Honeybook.

I love how the scheduler integrates seamlessly with my Google calendar and the automations are like having an assistant. Overall, I love it!

I love, honey! Before I used it, my business finances were definitely cluttered and it was difficult to keep everything on track with all my clients

I love honeybook - it has kept me sssoo organized over the years HOWEVER I feel like the app loads extremely slow as of recently. The email feature will glitch and cut out parts of my email once I hit send. If i have just spent time quoting a client, me having to rewrite my email takes away time that I could be doing something else. Additionally, I have seen a lot more error messages that result in me having to refresh the app over and over. If I am being honest if I found another app that had similar feature but less bugs I would switch. Please clean up the app.

Very messy invoicing and clients can see each others cc numbers if they are collaborating and I constantly get error messages. Invoicing totals don’t update on the app properly. It’s just very messy
