Never received my items , I purchased two personalized necklaces on August 03 2022 they never arrived. I tried on several occasions to contact them by email and the never replied. The total cost for the items was $215 so it’s hard for me to think I was rip off . This company should be ban from selling anything. I hope this review save someone else! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Company!!!!!

Do not waste your time/hard earned money on this place. They are scamming multiple people, people are buying from them and not receiving their purchases at all. I have emailed this company 3-4 times. I have messaged them on Instagram and have not
received a response. You're supposed to get a tracking number after your order in what 48hrs right??? Well I placed an order December 7th 2022 it is now December 17th and have not received a single email with a tracking number or any sort of update. Unproffessional asfuck. Doesn't matter what kind of $ was spent on whatever you purchased point is we work hard for our $ not for these stupid pendejas to take it and run with it. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and will continue to let everyone know this place is a Scam.

Do not purchase from here. Ordered July 17th. They have never replied to any of my emails and my item never was delivered. I was able to get my money back but they are terrible. Its a bummer because years ago I had ordered and had a great experience. What a horrible company.

Horrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT purchase any items from this company, they are trying to steal your money!! I spent 67 dollars on a necklace and I haven’t gotten any updates since APRIL 19TH which was the day I ordered it. It says the same thing on the tracking website right now July 11th as it did April 19th. Disgraceful.

Hi honey lock I just wanted to know where my custom golf locket necklace is and how far along in the design process you are it’s been 2 weeks since I place my order and on the website it says it would be delivered with in 7-10 at the latest which is clearly not true because I have not received a tracking number or a confirmation that my necklace has been made. I either wanted a refund or just want to get my necklace. My order number is 71370 if you could just send me my product that would be great. I have emailed 4 times. -tomas

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I spent a lot of money for something so cheaply made. I am so disappointed. It took over a month to ship. I couldn’t get in contact with ANYONE when I emailed them wondering when and where my package was. Honestly go on AMAZON and buy a locket. You’ll spend less money with a better quality necklace. Don’t waste your money.

Please do not buy anything from this company. They took £12 pounds for first track delivery to London promising a delivery within one to three weeks, however did not even send the item within this period. It was for my daughter’s birthday and I emailed them three times, they did not even reply until my last email. The email was very superficial apologising for technical difficulty. The tracking showed that the item has just been labelled rather actually being sent and at the moment it is still in US. I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund, they didn’t even bother to reply. They lie, they take your money, they do not even bother to respond. This is very unprofessional company please do not buy anything. They do not have any respect any care or ethical value as a company. Shame on them that they are wasting people s money, this is not different than theft.

I placed an order months ago and still haven’t received it. Thought it might take a little longer to ship anyways, because I live outside of the US, but this is ridiculous. I’ve tried emailing them lots of times, but they never respond. Also tried contacting through the support panel on their site, but without luck. The only way they’re somewhat reachable, is when you comment on their Instagram posts. Even then, I’ve heard they might delete your comment. Customer service is not their forte.

Okay update: they deleted all the comments regarding orders not getting delivered/not getting any response, including mine. They didn’t provide any help. That’s absolutely unprofessional.

I have been emailing, inboxing and patiently waiting for them to get in contact with me about a locket I ordered October 18th! When I finally got ahold to someone (by commenting on their Instagram posts), they asked my order number but never replied. When I went back to see if they did, my comment was deleted. This is very sketchy. I have reported them to the BBB. I would not recommend.

It looks nice online but is cheaply made and it’s painfully obvious. Great job with marketing though, it will trick a lot of people into buying custom things they can’t return :-)

I placed the wrong order and was hoping to cancel it before it shipped and avoid paying to ship it back. I’ve emailed Honeylock, though no response. It’s really aggravating to send your money to a company and have no way to reach them for assistance/adjustments. I can’t speak on their product quality, though the lack of customer support is enough to turn me off from ever considering ordering again.

Edit: I came back to edit solely because honeylock never got back to me and I just received my product. I’ve never been so annoyed with a company let alone cared enough to leave a poor review. If they could not cancel my order, that’s fine. I suppose I would have kept it in that scenario. It’s just the fact that they have absolutely no customer support, though they have that little “email us!” fake support tab. If you don’t have customer support, don’t boast that you do. Simple.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I really should have read the reviews beforehand. I ordered my package weeks ago, and after no updates on shipping and reading these reviews I sent them more than one email to cancel my order. NO response from customer service, and now it’s magically “shipped” when in reality a shipping label has been made and it’s still sitting in their warehouse because usps is still awaiting the package. These guys are terrible. I went with someone else on Etsy who already has made me a beautiful locket, okayed the design with me, and shipped it all within 1 week of purchasing. The locket I bought off of Etsy was much cheaper, and from what I am reading is better quality than their jewelry. Save your money and go with a better company. Their customer service is terrible.

First off, the shipping took an extreme amount of time. I purchased from a Mother’s Day ad, with hopes it would still be here in time for Mother’s Day because of all of their advertising. I ordered it on April 29th, and it didn’t arrive until May 31st. Well after Mother’s Day! Upon arrival, I noticed the box was not taped shut or secure in any way. Anyone who ever touched my order in the shipping process could have easily stolen everything inside without damaging the box in any way. On top of all of that, the order didn’t look like the drawing that was submitted. They really should have okayed the piece with me, the customer, before shipping it out. If they knew they couldn’t do the drawing I submitted, they should have contacted me before production. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I ordered the Gold Vintage Locket Bundle for my anniversary and my girlfriend loved it. I was able to put 2 photos from our first year together and our current year together and having them side by side was so special. Shipping was amazing and the presentation for the bundle once it got here made it so worth it. Shipping came in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied with the shipping and the product itself. I was so excited about this custom necklace but wish I would have read the reviews 1st because I order 4 and was very upset at the quality of this necklace for $80 a piece. It feels like paper, even the chain. It is not worth more than $25 I promise. It’s trash. Mad I can’t get my money back because it’s custom made which is why I would like to save the next person the disappointment of thinking they will get something amazing. You will not! so please listen to the other review and do not buy, I spent over 300 with them and I’m ready to cry about it. So not cool Honey lock.

My girl went absolutely crazy! She loved it! Especially since it was a Valentine’s Day gift, instead of doing a cute couples picture I decided to do a picture of her puppies whom she loves probably more than me! She loved it!
