Similar Bras

I have tried similar bras but, similar didn’t measure up. Without the side upright support they are just ordinary bras. So, I just had to order two more. Thank you for the quality of your bras.

Couldn't find the login

Couldn't find the login. Tricked it by pretending a return. Had to asK AI how to use my membership points. It should be more obvious than that. I didn't know I had paid to join until after it had happened. I am left with the impression Honeylove isn't client centered. Also had to get AI to help me choose the right product because they are so poorly marketed. Otherwise I would never have bought anything.

The amount of text messages boarders on harassment

This will probably be the only time purchasing. The three text messages I got because I did not purchase immediately is crazy. Plus, the non-stop emails. You guys are way over the top, bordering almost on harassment. It makes me think the product is sub-par right away since you are putting so much pressure to purchase and not giving time to even browse the products. Disappointing process and will not purchase from honeylove again due to this.

Perfect product

Perfect product, which was exactly as described. The size was normal, which is not often the case when buying online. Very fast delivery which surprised me. I strongly recommend buying from Honeylove. One small issue was the tax declaration which the buyer needed to fill in manually when buying from Europe.

Shopping and maneuvering through the site was easy checking out paying was also easy. Once I get my bra, if it doesn’t fit and I can return it without issues, That’s even a plus I’ll let you know once I get it.

I have made an order on May 13 however…

I have made an order on May 13 however still not yet received and today is May 30! Tried contacting online and provided details on 26 and promised reshipment and will get another email to track order, I was reaching out again on 28 due to no feedback but then real person Angie to follow up however reship the wrong order which I was ordered 2 pieces but sent me 1, hey, I have quoted the order no. before, I am so frustrated to deal with AI and it didn’t get its job done. And I’m still dealing with you guys and waiting for the parcel ….

The website was difficult to use

The website was difficult to use. For a while, it wouldn't let me complete the purchase so I almost gave up. Also, I wanted to order the bodysuit in white, but it didn't have my size and didn't ask me to be put on a waiting list to be notified if it is available in the future.

Useless response to my review, and expired link to it!

Does AI respond to the reviews? My response asked a question that was clearly answered 3x in the text of my review. I didn't get a first time buyer discount of 15%, and the "response" asked if I did not receive a first time buyer discount of 15%! I read the response and went back later to try to use the included phone number to respond, since there is no way to reply to a response, and my review link was expired!!! Frustrating! I went to the Honeylove site, and searched for my review, and alas, it was not there. So if you give a low star rating to this company, do not expect it to be around long to help other potential shoppers.

Good website but needs comparison…

Good website but needs comparison between products.
As a newcomer to the Honeylove products, it would have been helpful to have a section, on the website, to compare products. I had to keep clicking from one product to the next to finally decide which ones might meet my needs. I am glad there are returns and exchanges. I will not know if the products I ordered will meet my needs until I try them on and compare them.

I am not a fully round busted woman

I am not a fully round busted woman, however I do have some excess fatty tissue on my side and back area. I’m 68 and yes, my breast have dropped. I also have the “shelf type” breast. I wear an underwire bra to try and help this! All of your models have large, full breast! I thought I take a chance!!!

All I can say is THANK YOU! This bra is comfortable, light weight, and is perfect! I love that it covers the under arm on side excess that needs to be taken care of! This bra does that! I was not for sure about the "no underwire" but it is fabulous! My daughter loves it also. I had to tell and practically show everyone at work. Thank you

I like that there are questions to help you order the correct size. I didn't like that I clicked on the button to decline theft insurance and was charged for it anyway.

Sizing is complicated. Not clear what I am getting with the size options. Color selection is complicated. It is not clear that some colors are out of stock, just "join waitlist".
