Paid for expedited shipping which took weeks to get delivered… Once we received the gift the binder clips were broken!

Ordered the album at the beginning of December for Christmas present but received nearly mid January and not the paper I chose. Reported the wrong paper to the customer service but totally ignored. Very disappointed.

Like others here, order was never received. Was given a tracking number and like others, the order appears lost. Emailed back and forth, was promised a replacement. Had to dispute charges with credit card company. DO NOT TRUST RESELLER!

I never received my item that I ordered.
It was shipped but returned before I could even go to the Post Office to find out what happened to it.

I would appreciate my money being refunded to me.

Absolutely beautiful! Just what we were looking for. The shipping was fast was well. When it arrived it was securely packaged in the box in perfect shape. Couldn't be happier.

The original order came in beautifully, except for there were a few small cracks in the wooden spine. I sent photos to Angelika as evidence, and was immediately offered a replacement. I just received that, and it's amazing. 10/10 will order again!

I was disappointed in the paper for the recipes. Though it could have been thicker and less flimsy. I like the binder, but the paper combined fell short of the $50 price.

Great recipe-book. Looks good, as depicted. Takes a long time to arrive, vrry little info about when it will arrive.

I placed my order and paid for my item. After waiting several weeks, I still had not received my tracking details.
I emailed asking about my order and was told it was somehow forgotten & they would send it asap.
Currently still waiting for order to arrive & for tracking details.

Terrible customer service. After waiting for a week for a reply to my email as I had made a mistake with the address, i requested a cancelation of my order with immediate refund amd have yet to receive any reply to that request either.

The wooden recipe books made great gifts for my siblings. It will allow us to pass family recipes down to our children and grandchildren.

Shipping was a little slow and communication was difficult. But I assure you, the product is incredible!!

I didn't receive my order. I wrote 2 emails, but I got no answer.
This is all fake!
I'd like to give zero stars! No delivery, no customerservice, no answer, but my money is gone!

The artwork on the cover was beautiful and I was pleased with the delivery time.

Ordered in October received two emails that items were being shipped. Sent emails checking on items when did not receive in November. Was told I needed to go to website to check tracking status. Said awaiting shipment. Checked again first week of December tracking said still waiting on items and I sent an email saying order should be cancelled as I had to order supplies from another company. I was using to make Christmas presents for a gathering on 12/9. No response received. Received notification from shipping company order was on the way on 12/7 and it arrived 12/8. Customer service sucked!
