Never received my product. Order over a month ago

Good service 10 out of 10! Delivery during the Christmas period is a little longer than usual, but it's worth the wait, the book is very beautiful and smells great! It is also support for Ukraine!

My package was ordered the first week of December and still have yet to receive it.

The only problem was with getting the order to me since I ordered it 26. November and it arrived the 2. January otherwise it the order turned out perfect

Ordered 4 Christmas gifts Thanksgiving weekend. Order confirmed I would receive an email when shipped. Never received email and still don’t have my order as of December 28. Very disappointing first experience.

Its been over a month ago and my order hasn't arrived

Horrible! I ordered over $100 in cookbooks a month ago and still have not received any updates. I ordered in advance for Christmas gifts and am so disappointed. I am worried my money is gone and I’ll get nothing. I have tried via email, Facebook and Instagram to contact the company about my purchase.

Would not buy from them, unless you just want to make a donation to the company. 😥

Ordered on 18th November. Wanted it to come before Christmas. It’s still not here. Other than that I’m sure it looks beautiful

What went wrong is that I got the wrong size book. In communication with you, I asked if you had a record of my daughter-in-law's order from earlier in the year because I wanted an identical cover - didn't have to have the printing on the cover. I was told you found Kristina Weber's earlier order and it would be no problem to get the same cover. I could not find the information you gave me when I was ready to order so thought I was ordering the exact same cover - was a bit surprised at the price! The cover I received is the same color and printing but it is a much bigger size so I can't transfer some of the recipies she spent so much time typing and printing into a second book so they are not so crowded and would be easier to use. I guess it was my mistake, so not really your problem, but if I am going to use the new cover, I am going to have to re-format all the recipes to fit the bigger pages and re-print everything. I don't suppose I can return this one and get the right size.

Terrible communication with the customers. I paid for the express shipping and was told that my order would be delivered on November 22, 2022, and was actually delivered on November 25, 2022. I was unable to use the product because it was delivered late. What’s the point of paying extra for shipping? If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Will never recommend it to anyone and will not order anything from them.

Horrible service, no response to emails. Super slow shipping. Several names broke.

This was a very easy website to follow. I found just what I wanted. Great inspirations on gifts. I think anyone could find the right gift here.

Took my money and then said they can not fill order for months to come if at all. Now I have to fight to get my money back.
