Order 6973734680098 Xiaomi Dreame T20 Scopa Elettrica Senza Filo (Versione EU) (date effettuato il 2021-05-05).
Delivery time was fine. Now I am not success to contact honorbuy for the assistance.
The roller brush is not working properly and the 24-months guarantee are not over. What can I do?

We have bought a smart watch via Honorbuy and after a year and a half of using it the body of the watch died. We sent them an email asking for a new watch body and they gave us an offer to buy a new watch body for 60 dollars because the product has a warranty of 12 months. We agreed and they have sent us a new watch body that stopped working after less than six months of usage. We sent them another e mail asking for a refund or a new watch body that will actually work and they have answered that they cannot send a new watch body because the warranty of the original product has expired and the watch body has been used for more than six months. So it seems they have sent us a watch body for 60 dollars and no warranty that worked only for five months.

is this some kind of a joke? Do you think it is all right to write to an unsatisfied customer "Do you understand the meaning of a scam?"? You are a disgusting firm and you behaviour towards you customers is repulsive. So what if your customers are protected through PayPal payment if you send the trash merchandise without warranty and refuse to send a proper one? That is still a scam in any part of the world. You should be ashamed of your business and nobody should ever use Honorbuy to buy anything. The product is Huami Amazfit Stratos Sports Watch and the order number is 240644 and the fact that you don't have my name in you archives just proves that you're an awful firm.

I have bought a Redmi K20 Pro in august 2019 and i have no words for it, the device sent was well cover with a flufy plastic bag like a ballon. So in transportation it can't be damage. At first i was scared to buy from the website because it is my first buy online and i didnt known much of buying phones online.Since i was looking for This limited phone version i have gave a shot.. voila after 1day since order i got the phone at home, zero issues in transportation/carriers there support is fast answering via email. I am very satisfied with the service provided and in the future i will definely buy another phone from Honorbuy! I strongly advise people to give them a try and buy there equipment, in my opinion one of the best.

Very bad experience. I bought a mipad4 multiligual and I receive a chinese one. They gave me only 24 hours from the reception of the tablet, to comunicate the problem. But I do it in late, only few days, and they ask me to fix the problem 1 month and other money...only to get what I order for...so I bougth a tablet on september 4th and, maybe, I’ll get the one that I order for in the middle of november...

Ho comprato un mipad4 multiligual e ne ricevo uno cinese.
Mi hanno dato solo 24 ore dalla ricezione del tablet, per comunicare il problema.
Ma lo faccio in ritardo, solo pochi giorni, e mi chiedono per risolvere il problema 1 mese ed anche altri soldi ... solo per avere quello che ho ordinato ... quindi ho comprato un tablet il 4 settembre e, forse, io avrò quello che ordino a metà novembre ...
