Great support from Hoobuy – they really saved the day
I did everything right – rehearsal packaging, chose my shipping (European ocean freight) and paid. Then came the bad news:
"Dear, so sorry, ocean freight is temporarily unavailable, we’ll check and update you as soon as possible."
A whole week passed with no boat in sight. During this time, Irene from the Hoobuy Discord kept me updated and honestly felt like my personal shipping assistant.
And then – surprise! Since the sea route wasn’t available, they arranged air freight instead (much more expensive, 1,361 yuan more!) and covered the difference themselves.
From “no ocean” to “express by air,” and I didn’t have to pay a cent extra.
Great communication, super helpful – thank you Hoobuy team, and especially Hoobuy_Irene (Discord support)!

This site is a scam beaware / poor customer service
I requested a withdrawal to be issued to PayPal and and just to make sure I contacted support just to make sure I've done it right, the rep told me "The funds will be issued to your PayPal account" regardless even though it shows up "Original Payment method". I informed the rep I have a law sue with the bank which they can't longer provide service to me legally and they persisted it was delivered successfully and refused to give me my money when it was clear it was their mistake tho!!!
