Where’s my order????
A portion of my order had arrived which I was happy with. However, the majority of my order did not arrive for over a week later. I had to email to remind them of my order. I soon found out they had no intention of sending the rest of my order had I not emailed them. I missed a few birthdays (which is what the order was for) - not very happy.

I buy from Hood Greetings as often as I can when it comes to cards, I am such a lover of gifting a great card and this is my go to brand! - first bought in 2020 after seeing a post on insta and I haven’t looked back, great quality, hilarious quotes and the perfect customer service with little treats they add (hand written notes, sweets etc) is just the icing on the cake!
