This was the second time we bought a hoodie here. Both times the shipping took about three weeks longer than promised, customer service was attentive but could not help.
Two hoodies later, we can report that the fabric starts pilling (small fuzz or lint balls forming on the surface of the fabric from wearing and washing)
after just a couple of months.
We have never seen 100% Polyester pill like this…

Very nice quality. I had to wait allmost 6 weeks because of an machine error..things happen...,but it is worth it! Thank you

The Flag is wrong, The coat of arms on the flag is the current one, not the one from the Second Republic. The one they have put in place is monarchical, not republican.

Delivered an excellent retro VHS BASF T-shirt and sweatshirt. I like it very much.

I ordered two items 2 months ago from writing this. Thry have piss poor customer care. They ignore my emails messages and so fourth. Thry have only offered refunds instead just shipping my ****ING order promising me "will be shipped by next week" Iver 6 times and it still hasn't been shipped.

I just cant give more than 1 star. And 1 star comes from print quality which is only OK thing in this hoodie or the company. Fabric quality is pure China, that very poor China quality.
Delivery from Sweden to Finland took 2 months. Maybe it would have been even more if we didnt contact them. Customer service one of the worst for long time. They dont give you refund, they always have some fake reason to not refund you. Shirt sizes are China. Shirt is big but the holes are small. Avoid this company at all costs. Save your money!

Total rubbish. Measured using their website and it was so small. My head doesn’t fit through the hole, around the wrists is very tight and overall it is too uncomfortable to wear. All this with, over a month delivery and radio silence from them. A total waste of money.

Terrible service,ordered a top February 26th as a gift still not received it😡very disappointed ,false advertising as said would be delivered in 7-10days no sign of item or refund!quick enough to take money!AVOID!!!Going through trading standards now

Goods are always late, delivery times are not even adhered to in the slightest, support is poor. after washing once, quality is poor, zippers break…

Part of the order was missing, which they did refund. The print on the hoodie was very good but the material is terrible. After wearing once it is already full of bobbles and looking a mess. Also, it took a month to arrive... Too long. Need to improve material quality.

Super good quality tee shirt. I have some for years and it doesn't mouve, the fabric is soft sweet and strong, colors still vibrant. Price are good. Definitively one of my favorite brand, nice job guys

Not really impressed with Hoodie lab as when I had questions about returns it took them days to answer. I ordered 2 x small sweaters and they are like extra small. I cannot even fit my head through the hole to get the jumper over my head without a real struggle and the arms and cuffs are so tight. I am a size small as I have lots of other sweaters. This is really is for an extra small size. The delver takes over a month and a few items from the first delivery I sent back for exchange was such a hassle that I couldn't be bothered the second time around. Some of the makes and style of sweaters differ in size that it is all so confusing to order.

Great quality handmade products. Got a bit delayed due to ordering it right before the holidays but it was worth the wait. Will definitely buy again!
