I love my red light wrap! I use it daily and have noticed a huge difference with pain and inflammation in my knee and when my removable battery stopped holding a charge hooga promptly replaced it. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

I recently purchased the Hooga Night reader night light with 3 color settings. A really handy and comforting light to use at night before bed, which is relaxing and doesn't disturb my husband. I had some questions after I purchased the item, and the after sales service was quick, helpful and excellent from Hooga. I highly recommend the night light and will be looking at further purchases

They charged my credit card IN FULL $1,300+ dollars for the full body pod on the day I ordered it and it is not going to ship to me for at least another MONTH! I contacted them to correct this as they shouldn't charge me until it ships, but they only have an AI generated e-mail response! UGH!

I am very impressed and grateful for their exemplary customer service! I recently purchased two different products, the Hooga Ultra 360 red light device, and the green light migraine therapy lamp. I am finding the red light device to be helpful for pain, inflammation, and sleep. I more recently started using the green light lamp after a migraine, and was enjoying it for almost two weeks when the lamp started spontaneously turning off. I reached out to Hooga, who asked me to check one simple thing, which I did. It was a reasonable and easy request and when the problem persisted, they promptly and kindly sent me a replacement lamp. I look forward to receiving it in a few days. Thank you, Hooga! I am urging others to buy your products.

Got 2 Hooga grounding mats for my birthday (had said I wanted the specific brand). Bc I am not getting a benefit from grounding i decided it makes more sense to return it and lose the $5 retun shipping since I see minimal difference 0.1before grounding and 0 during. Not enough to make it a ritual. Customer service did not tell.me the return shipping is MORE than the purchase shipping and would be $10.77. I contacted them, assuming it was a mistake. The item is not big or heavy. Tyler just wrote back that its right, ignoring my thorough explanation of why with wasn't. After multiple attempts to get him to understand and me finally showing irritation by telling him he was not being helpful at all he stopped responding. Now he finally responded again and says he doesn't know where i got $5 for return shipping bc its $10.77. I now sent him a screenshot of the email showing me zero for the tiem and $5 for the shipping (it was weirdly written but seemed to be showing their package label or something) he says they lose money on shipping but yeah, so did I. I'm left with spending $15.77 for a $30 item I dont have and he has an unopened unused item he can resell. They don't care about customer satisfaction

Have to totally change my review about this company and their products to a totally positive rating. I am an engineer and compared the specifications of the wavelengths used and the number of diodes/lights used in their mask vs those that are 2-3x more expensive and THIS is the biggest bang for the buck. Also ordered their original treatment pad which I use to help the RA inlfammation in the soles of my feet and my lower back pain. It isnt the best product because it frequently turns off but it does work effectivlely. The mask works so well I bought one for my 30 yo daughter and she loves it. It has really reduced the appearance and depth of wrinkles and seems to be building collagen in my 68 yo face. I have taken photos that show this. AND they have become very responsive online (no telephone contact possible) but I've been very pleased with their new responsiveness as my daughters' mask controller has been not working properly ad they are dispatching a new one. Order red light therapy mask and back mat. Both were received. However, there was no manual for the mask provided, just a small direction sheet impossible to follow for how to set the mask. The manual was included for the back therapy mat. I emailed customer service the next day requesting the manual for the mask. The "AI" customer service said they would email me a digital copy of the manual immediately. Well its now 3 days later and I still don't have a manual, digital or hard copy. How am I supposed to use this very complicated mask? I can't. So I can't recommend this company at all.

They don’t ship with European plugs as required by law and completely ignore that fact when it is pointed out to them.
They quote expedited shipping 3-4 days you pay a fortune for is more like 10 days but even though they get refund from UPS for late deliveries, they won’t refund you.
The device is flimsy, the remote doesn’t work out of the box and the company ignores emails.
If you do want to take advantage of the 60 day return policy, you can only do that if you pay another fortune to ship it back to USa and you must not open the box to try it, if it’s opened you are out of luck
It’s been a while since I bought something American, definitely last time too. It’s bizarre to think you can get away with running a business this way

Package still hasn’t been sent after 8 days. They don’t answer their email either. Paid 730$ for 3-4 day delivery with promise of sending the same day hence their shipping policy’s. Still not received by UPS 8 days later..

This review is about Hoogas customer service which was 10/10. I have a couple of their products and they work great but really I'm blown away by their customer service. I had an issue with the body pod recently and reached out to them. Response time was quick and Tyler and Cord worked with me till I was satisfied. I really wanted to write this review because these products are not cheap and there's always a worry that a company might not honor their warranty but Hooga definitely honored it and the customer service plus 2 year warranty makes me feel secure to buy more products from them in the future. Of course their products are great as well and work wonders. My dad has enjoyed his panel and has said it's worked to reduce his back pain. I can't recommend their products enough and I feel safe knowing my investments in these devices are covered by a great warranty and customer service

Fast delivery from USA to UK. I bought a red therapy belt, which works well. I have been using it for several days and my sleep improved significantly. I use it on different parts of my body (except for the face).
I like it and feel good after using the belt. I gave the belt to my sister who has problems with her knees. Will it help her? It is too early to say. I will. of course, by one more for myself.
