This company is a joke horrible customer service that is if you can get in touch with anyone. I ordered a roof rack that was supposed to be here in a week as they told me two weeks later all it shows the shipping label created and can’t contact anyone to just cancel this order. I should’ve read all the reviews that show this is how they operate. Good luck to anyone who buys anything from them.

Poor customer service. Was literally playing games with me by stalling on sending a return label. They act like children and never gave me my refund for an unused mad max windshield frame. I definitely don’t recommend this company

We ordered both front and rear bumper. We have been in conversation with the company about sending the rear bumper back. The customer service for this company is very bad. The front bumper, the metal is super thin and was advised by the mechanic that installed it that it would bend if we try to use the winch. The front bumper came in several little pieces that the mechanic had to assemble. He had to readjust the sensors in the front to make it work. However on the back bumper, the mechanic refused to install because he wasn't able to adjust any safety sensors. When I explained this several times, the company kept saying that they wanted a video of the issue. The mechanic was going to charge us again for this but advised he could write something. This was not sufficient for the company. After several months I was finally told that I had to pay a restocking fee and the shipping to send back because they have never heard of this issue. Honestly I will never use this company ever again and would give 0 stars if that was available. Make sure what ever you buy is definitely what you want and fits because you are stuck with it.

Poor packaging, garbage product and poor customer service.
I purchased a hood protector for my Bronco through Amazon(thank God)and when i received the item the packaging was so bad I wasn't even sure i should take it out of the box.
The mold was even worse.
It didn't even remotely sit flat on the hood.
I immediately began a return through Amazon and packaged it back up exactly as they sent it to me.
After a few days of messaging back and forth with them they sent me a return shipping label and when they received it told me everything was fine and I would get a refund within 3 days.
After not receiving the refund I contacted them again only to hear the item suddenly has scratches and they would only refund part of what I paid.
I then researched their reviews only to find I should have researched them before purchasing anything.
Horrible reviews on packaging, damaged products, poor customer service and difficulty getting refunds.
Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this shady company and I highly recommend if you need anything for your vehicle you go elsewhere to avoid this kind of nonsense.
Amazon has assured me they will get my money as they are experiencing a tremendous amount of complaints about this company.

Bumper came defective currently fighting with their so called customer service. I was told to wrap a hammer in a wet towel and pound the piece until it is straight . Then mix some putty with black spray paint to cover the flaked paint where it was bent.

The stubby front bumper is well made and easy to install. This addition made my 4Runner look amazing. It is very sturdy and heavy.

BAD QUALITY BUMPERS NOT MADE PROPERLY we got a rear bumper with tire carrier for a JK from Hook Road the Bumper Tow Hooks Where Bent on both sides we have photos also the spare tire carrier pin is bent 3 quarters of in inch out from being square and level it runs uphill Poorly Made from what ever factory that makes the bumpers in china box was not damaged and well packed with foam this is 100 percent a manufacturing issue

Ordered locking truck boxes for my Toyota Tacoma from Hooke Road 4x4.

They look great BUT they arrived LOCKED with NO KEYS! So they were unusable!

Sent them back IMMEDIATELY,paid $254 in shipping fees which they are trying to weasel out of.

Do not use this company! If you have to return a large item, they will stall to not give your shipping costs back and/or have you wait weeks to get anything done.

You've been warned.

These guys are a joke. I've purchased over 1.5k of items from this company and have had nothing but problems. Rust has already started to form on different parts of my purchases. All less than 2 months old. Second, I received stripped screws on a lock box that just arrived. And now im trying to purchase parts for a set of bed roll bar extenders. Both the distributor and manufacturer are saying they can't sell me parts. How can you sell anything and not issue parts for those items. I simply asked to order a extra set of mounting brackets to safely mount these extenders. Got nothing but the run around. They would rather get negative feedback and have things returned to them. Instead of supporting the products they sell. Do yourself a favor and dont bother. I only left 1 star because I can't leave zero stars. They should get -5 stars instead. Pathetic. How can you not sell parts??

Hooke road has no concern in the packaging of their products. Customer service rep Deiily is a joke, too. Bumper arrived in a beat up box. Bumper wasn’t protected in any way. Told me to “spray paint” the bumper and all is good, would refund me $30. I declined. Ghosted me when I asked for a return shipping label. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I have gotten no where as far as returning or a reasonable refund. Don’t waste your time or your hard earned money. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Update 9/27: 1 star to 2 stars. I did finally receive a partial refund, 37.5% after nearly a month of back and forth emails to Deiily and reviews at several sites. I had the bumper powder coating since they ghosted me for a week straight when I was wanted to ship it back. Offered a $60 refund because any amount higher needed to be approved by the manager.(why was the manager not involved from the beginning is beyond my comprehension) I requested a partial refund to cover my powder coating cost. Their offer was to ship a new bumper or refund $150. This was finally their resolution after involving management. This bumper was a gift for my husband. The bumper itself seems pretty good we installed a winch as well. Thankfully he is pleased with the bumper. However, the entire process from delivery to a partial refund was extremely disappointing, on top of their none existent urgency to make this right from the beginning. I sure hope improved packaging is initiated. We will NEVER purchase anything else from Hooke Road.

I received my order damaged and contacted Hooke Road customer service via email with pictures of damage. I also tried to call the phone number listed the the website but their phone number does not work. No response to 3-4 emails. They asked me to complete a ratings survey so I gave them 1 star and explained the issue. I actually received email response a few days later saying sorry for the issue and customer service would be in touch that day to resolve. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything.
A day after I posted review on Trust Pilot I got a response, kind of. Here is what they said:

We have replied to your email, please check your inbox or spam folder.
We apologize for the inconvenience, the damage may have been caused in shipping :(
Is it possible to repair it?
Could you please wrap the hammer in a wet towel and hit the bent parts straight?
As for the damaged part, could you please kindly use AB glue or car putty powder mixed with black spray paint to repaint and fix the paint problem?
As compensation for any inconvenience caused, we would like to offer you some discounts. Would this be acceptable to you?
Please do not worry, we will be here to take care of your issue.

I sent my order info again as requested and haven’t heard anything back for a week now. It has now been 1 month of this nonsense without any resolution.

It was ok. The roof rack they offer is very cheap. So I gave it a try. It took me 5 days to receive the item. When I opened the box, it really blew me away. But when I tried to install it, I found some bolts missing. I contacted them several times via email and they resent the missing part to me.

New overland rig, new rack! Their bed rack went on pretty quick, only took about an hour. Love the length adjustability. For the price, heck of a deal!

Only 2 weeks in...I like that they are snug up top and i can easily move around on them. I have a 3" lift on 37x13.5 Nitto Grapplers.Looks beast!

Let me start okay cuz I have jumped with this company a couple of times in the past and I've had nothing but unprofessional treatment from them. So I bought a front bug deflector with three LED lights that mount on the hood of a Jeep Wrangler JK. The fit was terrible as a matter of fact it looks so bad now I'm ready to rip it off and throw it out there's all the glue has released and the plastic is disformed and has been from the start. Upon sending this information to hook Road I was answered with a negative response and pretty much had no hope I straightened out the issue. Now the center LED light strip is completely burnt out approximately 7 to 8 months after purchase but started to burn out 2 months after purchase. Could not return to Amazon do it to the fact there's too much time I've gone by and it was permanently mounted on the car at that time. I went to the website and went to their contact us and wouldn't you know it when you tried to send them an email or call them the whole website does not work. But when you go to order something or to become an influencer everything works perfectly. Huh funny how that works. Because of the way that they handled this whole situation I want to put out there for all good people not to deal with these people maybe things are going okay now but the first time you come across a snag they will not be there to help you. We are living in the days where people are starting to get held accountable for the way they mistreat people. I find Hook Road to be very unprofessional and kind of scammish. Please keep in mind I do not enjoy leaving these kind of reviews nor do I really take the time to leave reviews but in a case like this I felt it necessary to put out the truth. Just want everyone to know

Great product. I purchased the fender liners 3 years ago and they still work very well. So I decided to have the tube doors lately, and they didn't fail me. Everything is easy installation,well packaged and an awesome snug low profile fit!

mper is awesome. Not too bulky, yet fierce and decent for the cost. Just like the ad said, it was easy to install, but I did have to bend one of the tabs on the lower side for it to mount but that wasn't a big deal. I have had it for a few months now and it seems to be holding up well.

Amateur Company. They're so horrible it's not even funny. Ordered a major part for my truck and they sent it without any of the nuts, bolts and screws. What kind of clown company does that?? Then after a week of going back and forth with trying to get those items to assemble the part, they tell me it will take 8-10 business days to send them because they're coming from overseas. What?? No urgency or compensation to correct their ignorant mistake. BUYER BEWARE

Expecting answer from customer service...depending on this I will continue with the review...
I’ll keep the one star rating due to the product fails, but I have to admit that the customer service responded quickly and replaced the product in two days (rear bumper with tire carrier)

This stuff actually comes from China. Swing out bumper I bought came with wrong bearings and a broken license plate light. I’m super disappointed in this bumper. It feels extremely cheap and the customer service was terrible.
