Love love love everything I’ve ordered. Several chains, pendants, charms and earrings. All great quality and always get comments and compliments when wearing them.

Their jewellery and charms are great quality and their customer service is brilliant. They were very helpful when I had a query and went above and beyond to resolve it. Love buying from small brands. Definitely recommend

Absolutely LOVE my haul from hoops and chains! I actually lost one of my earings almost as soon as I'd received them and emailed to ask if I could buy a singular one to make a pair again, they emailed back straight away saying they had put one in the post for me. Goes to show the personal experience you get from a smaller company. Will definitely recommend and order again for myself too 💖

I absolutely love my necklace! It’s unique and last me for so very long! I am very sensitive and do get allergic reactions often but not with this little perfect necklace!

The ordering was simple enough. I did worry about delivery but contacted the customer care helpline and they reviewed the order and chased it through and apologised so I can’t ask for more really. My wife loves the product as it is lightweight and doesn’t tarnish.

I ordered a silver disco charm but got a gold one instead. Great response from H+C who sent me the right one straight away and told me to gift the gold one to a gold girlie! I’m very impressed with their jewellery, I have the Lauryn chain and I’m obsessed! Haven’t taken it off since it arrived. I’ve done a week abroad in and out of the pool and sea and no signs of wear or colour tarnishing. Desperate for payday to order more!

I absolutely love the Hell Yes pendant from Hoops + Chains: it’s bold, beautifully made, and feels like a real statement piece. It’s quickly become a go-to accessory. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and finish.

Delivery did take a little longer than I would have wanted, but honestly, it’s not something I want to knock them down for. It’s clear this is a young, independent brand doing things with purpose and heart, and it feels good to support that. I’d definitely shop with them again and am excited to see what they create next!

Ordered my earrings on March 25 and it’s not even shipped yet! Also didn‘t receive any information about a delay, a status update or shipping information until today! Send two mails to customer support without any reaction. Very sad. I don’t recommend this company. Don’t even know if I get my money back.
