My husband forgot to apply the code at checkout and my goods already shipped out to me I thought I'd chance my luck. Amazing cust service added on the freebie and sent out to me straight away.
Can't fault the service, kind and friendly!

Customer service was great but…

Customer service was great but warehouse poor as sent my parcel wrong way which I paid extra for (got refund ) as a gift to ho with us to the states don't never arrived in time, being returned on my return.

Great range, gorgeous service

I can’t stop buying from the range of earrings and necklaces, loving the choices of gold/rose gold/silver mixing up my statement jewellery. Gorgeous customer service and rapid delivery too ✊🏼

Hoops & Chains is a brand I followed…

Hoops & Chains is a brand I followed online for a longtime and recently I made my first purchase.
Unfortunately the rope chain I bought fell off the first time I wore it & it was only because it was caught by my dungarees front pocket that I didn’t lose it. I’ve worn it a couple times since, but the clasp has now broken. So less than a week after it arrived it’s now not really wearable. Gutted. As overall it looked how I hoped it would.
