Choosing our couch in store was a breeze and everyone was so helpful. Delivery was scheduled timely and everyone was kind and careful. Couch is exactly what we ordered and well made. Can’t say enough positive things about working with hoot!

This company committed acts of fraud and theft when I objected to phony shipping charges and wanted a refund for one of the items purchased. They failed to give me a full refund by using those phony shipping charges of over six hundred dollars. They are a company that commits criminal acts of fraud and theft- buyer beware!

Over the last year we have ordered several pieces of furniture from Hoot Judkins. Francis, our salesperson was very helpful and nice. He made the process very easy. The delivery people were also great. On time, professional and moved the new pieces into the house in such a manner that they protected our floors, doors and walls.

I have been coming here for the last few years salivating over top of the line, Amish bedroom furniture. An expensive investment of nearly 16k. I finally made my move during their tax free sale. Ninette in particular was very helpful and I really appreciated her design expertise. The day I was ready to make my move, she took her time to help me. It should be noted all of the sales people were very helpful and never pressured me. Instead they took their time answering my questions and I had many. I am very happy with my bed frame, two night stands, my ginormous, double dresser with attached mirror.
I’m waiting for a replacement mirror for my dresser as there is a tiny flaw/chip inside the frame that cannot be repaired without it still being visible. Another reason I purchased here and did my research, they stand by the quality and workmanship of their furniture. A replacement has been ordered and they let me keep the original mirror until my new one arrives. I do not worry because my particular furniture has a lifetime warranty. Additionally the delivery folx were awesome, so polite and accommodating, (please tip your delivery folx, people!!). And their in-house repair artist/expert is AMAZING should you need a professional repair. Delivery fees are reasonable and it covers you for one year in case you purchase something else and need a delivery. The whole process was smooth with Ninette being very communicative and helpful along the way. I highly recommend Hoot Judkins should you wish to purchase good quality furniture. They have a HUGE selection at various price points. It’s a good idea to do some research and compare quality and workmanship because you truly get what you pay for. Did I mention all of my drawers are cedar lined? Smells delicious and now it’s a joy to find clothes and put them away instead of cramming everything into an IKEA dresser that literally self destructed when it was being removed from my house from one of their delivery people I hired on the side to move my old furniture out. He was also AMAZING! Good people at Hoot Judkins. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for decades.

An easy and enjoyable buying experience

Bobby Watson was very helpful & spent alot of time explainng about the different woods & stains the Amish use for making a custom coffee table & end table. He helped me with all the details so I could get the exact tables I wanted.
I'm looking forward to receiving them.
