I regret having ever purchased furniture from Hoot. They took down the wrong dimensions for a custom piece. I wanted a certain depth for shelves and told them that and even brought a physical sample of what I wanted it to hold and they wrote down the exact depth I wanted for the shelves, but made a piece of furniture with that as the total depth so that the shelves are now 1" too shallow and useless.

$3k unit that they refuse to correct as they say that the dimensions of the entire unit match what's on the work order. I regret having purchased a murphy bed from them and now dread its arrival as it's probably also made incorrectly. Please avoid.
