Did not like having to give all my details to an AI robot that took about 4 mins. If a human had answered the phone, I could have just given them my Service number and found out my answer straight away which is what happened when I eventually got to speak to human.

Very poor installation guide extra…
Very poor installation guide extra parts supplied not explained and installation instructions proably generic rather than model specific so misleading. On the positive side delivery was good and once installed the appliance seems to work well.
Not straightforward to register for the extended warranty. No VAT invoice.

An excellent buy
The vac I ordered was on offer and so a really good price. It arrived quickly and it is easy to use not too heavy and the attachments mean it can be used for most cleaning purposes. I have bought hoover products before and find them to be of good quality and long lasting.

I have the Hoover HDry 11kg tumble…
I have the Hoover HDry 11kg tumble dryer with the water reservoir on the door, and after owning it for 8 months, I can honestly say: don’t waste your money.
The machine is advertised as an 11kg dryer, but only one drying programme is actually suitable for a full 11kg load. Even a standard 8kg load takes around 6 hours to dry, which is completely unacceptable. My previous tumble dryer could dry the same amount of washing in around 140 minutes.
Despite being marketed as energy efficient, the excessively long drying times mean it doesn’t feel economical at all. Any savings in energy usage are outweighed by the fact that it takes nearly three times as long to dry clothes compared to my old machine.
It was also advertised as being quiet, but mine sounds like a helicopter taking off in the kitchen whenever it’s running.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this dryer. It has failed to live up to its advertised capacity, efficiency, and noise claims. I would not recommend this product and would strongly advise others not to waste their money.

WHY!! Would anyone stick a large guarantee sticker to the door? that you have to scrape off (it doesn’t peel) then wet and finally some white spirit to remove glue residue. It took ages to remove and highly annoying( I guess management don’t buy their own products!). Ps small inside space compared with similar also it moves when opening the door unless full.
