Less than zero review. You can’t get a price out of these people if you change your flight. It’s against the rules. Although their $199 support bundle was purchased apparently it only covers their $150 change fee? What? So basically they want to charge me $800 for seats that cost $1100. AND won’t tell me how much the seats cost until AFTER I pay the $800. Also it’s a different department that books seat reservations and only they know the cost. Awful company to deal with

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent booking experience with Hop2. I never imagined that booking a flight with HOP2 would turn out to be the worst experience of my life.
I booked a flight through Hop2 to travel to India via Frankfurt, and to my shock, I was not informed that I needed a transit visa for my layover. When I reached the airport, I was denied boarding because I did not have the necessary visa. When I contacted Hop2 for assistance, I was told that it was my responsibility to check and comply with the visa requirements. I was left stranded at the airport with no other option but to cancel my tickets.
To make matters worse, I was not even offered a partial refund for my canceled tickets. I had to bear the entire cost of the tickets without even getting a chance to travel. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and customer service shown by Hop2. I trusted your company to provide me with accurate information and assistance in my travel plans, but I was let down tremendously.

What the actual f@$%?! I am supposed to be on a flight in 36 hours and just found out the airline has no record of my tickets! Hop2 has done absolutely nothing to resolve the matter, even after multiple calls, live chats, and emails.

Over five or six months ago, I purchased a ticket through Hop2 to visit Brazil on Jan 2024.
For employment reasons, I moved to a different city.
I asked Hop2 Travel to change my ticket. They asked me to pay an additional $ 658.20. on top of that, with a long connection. TBH, I regret using Hop2 Travel. They're greedy and selfish and take advantage of vulnerable travelling passengers like myself. I can only imagine how many people have had an experience similar to mine.
I will never use the Hop2 service or recommend it to anyone. They're crafty; once they take your money, they don't care about you anymore.

I just want to say that Malik’s service is AMAZING! He worked with me for more than an hr and kept searching flights for me. He explained all the options to me in detailed. I even made a mistake booking my flight and I panicked that I will lose my money but Malik was able to resolve my issue. I am really satisfied with his service and cant Thank him enough.

It was a shame, I bought tickets to febraury 2024 to Canary Islands, and less than 6 hours we need to change our destination to another island and the date, since that I had called with at least 10 "especialists" asking for a change, the response wich I will be supose in 24 to 48 hrs ,took a week, in between I called or contact by chat all responses were disrespecfully given as they are going to take care and apologizes for that , but in fact I feel there are jogging with me a customer, finally today I asked to talk with a supervisor who never can reach, very busy with others customers, then they transfer me with a lady who took my request at the begining, in conclusion she talk me , since the tickets were not refundable, I had to pay 1000 dollars more, I already paid 1700 dollar for 2 tickets,( and I check online and the prices for my new trip were more cheap than the one I already bought) including a travel protection which not include date changes, and I am not asked for refund but to change destination and date, actually was very disgusting, I am not the one who speak english very well but believe me it is irrespecfull to hire persons who talk english very dificult to understand, at the end we had to take our original trip, because this people do not want to help customer , not only is enought to have a good manner but know a customer neccesity and really help them, they act as a robot and have always same responses to everything I do not recommend hop2 at all, it drain me to much energy for nothing I hope they end bad because they no deserve any other fate. I now that the response to this review it will be to be fast more than the responses I just wait for a week , because it is seen if they had specialist really is in read reviews and answer fast. Is so sad to have this dificult because you truth in such company, if we can named.

I would give negative stars if I could. If you call in you get a man you can barley understand and anything you need help with they will not help with. But do t worry bc they “understand”
We needed to change a flight due to a death in the family we couldn’t make our original flight. We were on the phone for 5 HOURS. 1st phone call we will told they would have this fixed within an hour “we are working on it” called back an hour and a half later NO ONE WAS WORKING ON A DAMN THING. After a 5 HOUR phone call And a slew of inconsistent answers final answer we got was we can put a request in “if you want” and we will have an update in 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS!!! Like ok cool leave my family stranded for over a week to most likely still not have an answer. These agents will dick you around and DONT care about helping you. I called the airlines directly basically crying telling them what happened and they said this is one of the worst companies to work with. They fixed everything in 20 minutes and said everything they told me was false. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had a terrible experience with Hop2.
I booked my flight ticket very early, and my flight got changed. They helped me to solve it quickly.
My flight was on August 1, and I got a reminder email on July 22. However, I got another email on July 24 telling me that my exchanged ticket couldn't work. I didn't know it when I was in the airport, the workers helped me to check in, so I still got back to my country.
I found out that my flight back was all canceled, so I contacted Hop2 again to help me find a flight back. They promised me that they would send an email to me in 8-10 hours. I waited for them for 2 weeks, During these two weeks, I also checked with them several times, and the answer was the same and kept me waiting.
When they got back to me, they told me that they didn't have control over my ticket. They told me that I had to contact my airline. I did, and it was useless. I learned that if my flight had been changed, I should have a new ticket number. I didn't have any information about it. I didn't contact one of the airlines because it would charged me $50 for a service fee if I hadn't bought the ticket directly from them.
In the end, I decided to get a refund. They contacted me quickly, and I authorized the 4 digits of my credit card to cancel the seat to avoid a No-show. They didn't deal with this. The day before the departure, I got an email about one of my original flights. I contacted Hop2 again, and they responded me the beginning answer - they have no control over the changes of my flight.
I ALREADY ASKED FOR REFUND!!
The airline I contacted told me that they couldn't see any information or records about my flight. My ticket number was invalid. On the day I departed, I got an email from the airline that I hadn't contacted about online check-in.
I was so confused. What is the use of Hop2? Why you didn't do your job at the end? You have my money, you should do your work. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to use Hop2 for their trips.
After reading the replys I'm more confused, I contacted with Eva Airways many times, I even went to their company in person. They tried to help me, but they couldn't find my new ticket number or help me with anything else, if they took control over they would send an email, tell me the new ticket number, or helped me right away. EVA Airways told me to contact Hop2, but Hop2 told me to figure out with the airline. But airline couldn't help me without contacting with Hop2, so I had already done everything I could.
I will never use Hop2 again, it is so stressful, sad, and confusing. What's more, I lost money and even need to spend more to get a new one. Considering a reasonable price instead of a very cheap one...

I tried to book two round trip tickets from Chicago to Dublin. And I wanted to choose the seats. Buying the tickets was easy but getting assigned seats was a nightmare. After explaining several times the seats I would like, and after explaining to at least three different people that all I wanted were aisle seats, some guy finally lied to me and said he was able to secure for me aisle seats. When we checked onto our flights, there were no aisle seats. The guy simply lied to me. Do NOT use this company. LIARS and not helpful. Just go to the airlines for booking.
